Ramzi was extremely helpful. He upgraded my room to a much nicer one and advised me on how to get my SIM card for a cheaper price and also for all my inquiries. A very nice and supportive man🙏

I've been here two years ago. I really loved the spacious rooms and the reception was quite welcoming also. But the thing that I remembered most was a really tanned looking dude named Lo Ain (if I remembered correctly). Best waiter I've met in my life! Lo Ain if you've ever come across this message I hope you're doing well and in a manager position! God bless!

Very nice hotel in Amman. Technically a 4 star hotel, but I gave it 5 stars here because I stayed at Retaj hotel that is also rated 4 stars, and this by far is way better.

Nice large rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Linens were clean and good smelling. Towels were soft. Wifi was (mostly) fast and working, however a few periods of downtime. Bathrooms were a bit small but otherwise OK. Rainfall shower head.

Just stayed here for the day while waiting for my flight so didn’t use the restaurant. My room had a kitchenette and fridge inside.

Would definitely stay again. A little far from downtown though.

It's the only hotel I stayed at in Amman. During my ten day tour of Jordan, Israel and Egypt, I happened to stay in four different hotels and dined at several restaurants. Beautiful places. But everywhere the food wasn't to our liking. Compared to our spicy hot Indian palate, it was all quite bland. But otherwise it was fine.

Nice hotel , clean , quite and cosy hotel u really feel home, staff are so friendly and amazing its highly recommended . Absolutely will visit it again with the family , As i was in quarantine before moving to another country

Great economical place with all amenities

This hotel is located in the centre of Wasfi Al-Tal Street, Amman, . Almost everything in the city is accessible on foot from this place (if you are the more enthusiatic one!!). The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel is awesome. Serves great food. We had to force ourselves out to experience new places to eat!! And all this at pretty reasonable value
