First Pet Veterinary Clinic Amman

I had an absolutely amazing experience! The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, and my dogs couldn't be happier with their care. Normally, my dogs tend to feel a bit anxious during grooming sessions, but at this clinic, they felt completely at ease right from the start. The pricing is very reasonable, especially when compared to other places in Amman. The quality of service is truly exceptional, with a strong emphasis on the safety and well-being of the dogs. The attention to detail is outstanding, and the added touches make the whole experience even more delightful. They even gave both of my dogs a tie and a ribbon, which was incredibly adorable. Lovely and professional staff! My dog’s favorite place.

Super clean, Great place.. great caring people. We are so grateful to the staff and everyone that works there. We moved to the US a week ago and it would have been a nightmare without their continuous follow up and professionalism, big big thanks to Bader and doctor Nidal for all they’ve done to make sure sally and mini our dogs arrive safe, high five all the way from Austin Texas

Very good with animals and take their time taking care of your pet.

Pricing could be considered high relatively speaking.

Finding parking is a bit challenging unless you opt for the paid parking close-by.

Wonderful clinic and very helpful staff and vet. They took care of my dog for grooming as well as providing the necessary paperwork to travel with my dog. Overall, super positive experience

Great customer service, friendly, and kind. I was traveling internationally with my pet and they helped me every step of the way with application and next steps. They kept checking in and making sure we were ok. If you need a vet in Amman jordan Highly recommend

Follow-up to my previous review.
Took Jazzy in to have the stitches removed. She wasn’t happy about being held down, but she got through it without any bloodshed on the vet’s part. Two days after that, Dr Shireen called to sure Jazzy was okay. I found out that what I thought was a bruise was actually a tattoo. When they neuter the animal, they tattoo them as a notice that the animal is already neutered!
wonderful place. very knowledgeable vets and assistants. everyone was so kind & careful with my cat Jazzmin. she was in to be spayed, teeth cleaning and blood tests. Dr Shireen did Jazzy's surgery and Dr. Harb did Jazzy's followup. she didn't seem to be frightened of either of them. the clinic was clean, sterile, neat, & inviting. we went to the abdoun branch. I totally recommend them for the care of your pets. they speak English & Arabic. They also do follow-up calls to be sure all is well. 😊 thanks again for being so kind.

Vets are helpful, supportive and honest, one can feel they engage with every case.. everyone of them we dealt with; proved this right!
