The best clinic in Ammán, they take care of my cat Jordan. My cat went every month for the monthly bath. They helped us with the necessary document for travel with my cat. The doctor is wonderful and is always there when you need him. Thanks for all.

Highly recommend! I’ve known this clinic for more than a year now as all I received is good quality and value for money. Recently my cat had a viral and bacterial diseases at the same time. The clinic performed an excellent surgery and treatment for my cat.

My review will not justify just how amazing this Veterinarian clinic is! Dr. Moyad is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, honest and caring! I took my 14 year old cat who was very sick and I was really desperate after trying so many vets till my friend recommended petcharm clinic, and Dr. Moyad was the one who made the right diagnoses and treatment and saved his life! I'll always be grateful. I've also had more positive experiences with my other pets, one of them was full teeth extraction surgery which went very smoothly and my cat was back home in no time! It's amazing how I always receive very clear and inciteful information about my pets conditions. The doctor is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been back to Jordan with my Akita for 4 years now and after trying different clinics I can truly say that nobody comes close to Pet Charm and Dr. Muayad.
When every vet insists my dog needs surgery (once for bone cancer and once for a fractured hip) Dr. Muayad checked her and assured me that there is nothing major and she does not need surgery. She always got better within a few days and there was no cancer or fracture.
My latest experience was great. My dog went thru a stressful time and became both physically and mentally ill. It was time to put her to sleep but Dr. Muayad convinced me to wait and gave me the right natural treatments for her. He knows she’s been with me for 12 years and what putting her to sleep would do to me and my wife so he really convinced me not to. Trust me, if she was in pain or not treatable he would have encouraged me to let her rest. After 2 weeks of treatments and of him calling or messaging daily to check on her, she is almost back to normal. The only vet in Jordan where this is not only a business to him and he truly cares about animals and their owners. The technology he has is great and he is constantly travelling for either new equipment or new training in different medical surgeries or procedures

I think everyone should know how Dr. Moayad professionally dealt with our dog's serious case. Our puppy was suffering from an abnormal heart and breathing rate, along with constant coughing and panting. I am so amazed at how Dr. Moayad meticulously and compassionately did all the necessary tests to rule out every possible option in order to correctly diagnose him. He calmly and patiently answered our questions, explained every test result, and explained every possible option. Our puppy was diagnosed with hypertension, which is a serious issue. Trust me it took more than just a single blood pressure test to correctly diagnose him. If it wasn't for Dr. Moayad, our puppy's situation would have seriously worsened day by day and we could have lost our lovely dog. Thankfully, the doctor devised a medication plan and our furry friend will continue to live with us for many years to come under the care of Dr. Moayad.
Our pets are our family members and Dr. Moayad treats your pets as if they are his own. We are so grateful to Dr. Moayad and for his sincere follow-ups to check on our puppy. So proud to have such a professional, knowledgeable, and helpful veterinarian in Jordan. He is the best!

We was coming to this clinic during two years, For gruming , all our vaccinations, all our concerns. Now we are relocating to other country and sad that we cant take Dr Moaid with us . Very professional, very attentive to patients. Also they have great grooming service there. Our Dog Bonya will miss this place.

Petcharm is a great clinic and dr.moayad is one of the best , we have done the first BOAS operation in Jordan for our little pug and thank god the operation went excellent and our little baby pug now enjoys a healthier long life breathing in a better way , being her playful self again walking ,running all over with a big smile on her face thank you petcharm for giving us back our lovely dog happiness again

Dr. Moayad's reputation precedes him. He makes his patients and the owners incredibly comfortable. The level of professionalism is top tier. I had an emergency visit because my Maltese was bit, and he graciously took him in on the spot. The work was efficient and flawless. The gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly and professional. This clinic is highly recommended

Moaid is by far the best vet in Amman, I highly recommend him! He's been looking after our cat Pasha for the last 16 years and is always caring and attentive. He also takes care of our daughter's 4 cats and dog. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and sets your mind at ease when there are any problems. His grooming facilities are excellent and they handle nervous pets with extreme patience.

The clinic handled my dog with care and gave her the best grooming I even experienced, she also had her vaccines and the nurses there were very careful with her paper work. A very professional place to take your pets to, five star service indeed.

Deserves more than 5 stars, I rescued a sick 6 weeks kitten & was told by 2 other clinics that I should terminate him immediately and 1 clinic even missed that he was sick in the first place!

Pet charm was the only clinic that actually ran tests and diagnosed the kitten and cared to follow through on a treatment plan till this day.

My cat is healthy, alive & loved, he is 2 years old now. I owe that to Dr Moa’yd and his incredible believe and love to what he does.

The best veterinary clinic ever. I took my cat and He stayed with them for a week and they were sending me a daily report on his health, accompanied by pictures and videos until he was completely cured. I want to give a special thanks to the exceptional doctor Moayad and the rest of the wonderful staff.

We took our cat to PetCharm as he broke his claw, we have received best professional treatment where the doctor treated him immediately. The vet was friendly and understanding as he considered our concerns about anesthesia side effect, so he offered alternative treatment with no extra procedures. If you look for quality of service with transparent professional opinion and ethical treatment then you should consider this clinic for sure. Doctor Moaid treats my 3 cats since 2 & half years now, he is the best! He has great instincts & a great not just medical knowledge but pets behavioural expertise as well.
PetCharm is always clean & a friendly safe environment for pets, you can never be scared leaving your pet there.
Doctor Moaid recently treated one of my cats, he went the extra mile by not sleeping or leaving the clinic for very late hours to make sure that my cat was good & survives a very difficult infection.
