In downtown Amman, place full of character; live music (well guy with guitar but still added to the nice vibrant atmosphere). friendly and kind staff; and small pets corner, with the cute pets running around, rabbits, Guinea pigs and duck chicks. Loved the views; food was good, value for money. Don’t expect a Michelin Star with regards to food, nothing beats the view of the Roman theater! Really enjoyed the whole experience.

One of the very few places that serves you alcohol while in Jordan. Just for this, would I give them 5 stars. But they also provide a lovely panoramic view and they organize frequent touristic guides in the heart of the city.

The Pizza Roma Cafe is a restaurant inside the Amman Pasha Hotel. Very characteristic place where you can find a lot of jordanian plates. I went there I was very curious to try the camel burger. I can say it was worth it. Here you can find even a craft Jordan beer, something it's really hard to find anywhere in Amman. The burger was good, the meat was very soft, they serve it with a portion of French fries. And I appreciated a lot the beer. Really good place to eat in Amman.

Really nice underground place. Animals are walking around. (rabbit, duck, chick, etc...) they also offer alcoholic beverages, and also sisha. This place have a beautiful view. Price are reasonable, a beer was 5.5JOD, a tea is around 0.6JOD, worth to spend some time there.

Pizza Roma Cafe is located right beside the Amman Pasha Hotel. We came here on the first and last day of our 10-day trip. Upon arrival from AMM airport at 9am we drove into Amman and stopped to visit the Roman Theater and museum area. Then our driver (Richard) brought us into Pizza Roma Cafe for a tea and break. We LOVED the tea. We started chatting and planning our day and reviewing our trip itinerary.

We were then taken to the roof terrace where we saw cats, tortoises, rabbits and birds. We were told the hotel owner is very supportive and caring toward animals. Roof terrace had a nice aerial view to see Roman Theater and that area of Amman. As we left, we met the owner (Ray) outside and had a fun conversation. Told him we'd be back.

After visiting everything we planned in Jordan, we returned here on our last day in the evening (which was much busier than our previous mid-morning visit). There were more people sitting down, and more working staff people). We ordered maqluba, mansaf, kufta meat pattie with tahini sauce, and of course tea. While waiting, a guest and his girl friend came in to hangout and wait for someone... they heard us speak English and we engaged in conversation. Next thing you know he was sharing his falafel with us and we were exchanging contact information. Pretty cool. When he left, our food arrived... it was great value (quality and quantity) for the price. We licked our plates and wished we could've dined here more :D we engaged in conversation with one of our servers (Zack from Cleveland?), and it was very interesting hearing his background. There is a lot of love and kindness in Pizza Roma Cafe, and the value for the variety quality and quantity of food is very good. Recommend for lunch or dinner if you're in the area.

Great place with the best atmosphere! When we got inside everyone was dancing and singing. Quality food and good prices. I loved the Petra beer and the camel burger. We really enjoyed it.

Good food, very friendly atmosphere. Unic place to eat food. You can enjoy having fun with animal like rabbits or parrots before eating your food (in the next room to the dining one) One of rare places where you can order alcohol. I Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Amman.

One of the best places in Amman if you are looking for traditional Jordanian cuisine, conveniently located in the heart of the city near the Roman theater.
Great service provided either by the host, Mr. Raymond, or the staff, the food was always fresh and tasty.
The Poor Man's dish is highly recommended if you like spicy food, it goes very well with black tea or cold beer served in frosted glasses.
Great atmosphere, the clientele is composed mostly by odd tourists from all over the world and local regulars. If you are lucky you may also be able to enjoy some live music played by local musicians who frequently attend the place.

We took a cooking class with Ron and it was great! We made traditional jordan food that turned out really good. Ron is very nice and a great teacher. Moreover, the price of 20 JOD per person is reasonable.

Very nice people. The lamb tagine and the vegetarian dish are both excellent. Their Kunafa is also very good! Sometimes some music and you can also smoke Chicha. I really enjoyed my dinner ther! Many thanks :)

Great place, nice owner. Terrace had rabbits and turtles, kids enjoyed playing with them. Pricing was also resonable and the food was good quality. Highly recommended.

I went to this place almost every day when I was in Amman. Great service and a good environment. You will meet locals and almost everyone is friendly. Also you can get a great English breakfast for a good price!!

Perfect location, perfect view from rooftop. Prices were fair, food was delicious and shisha was better standard. Great staff.
