I went to check the mail. The place opens early. I found registered mail, which was handed over to me very quickly from a helpful staff.

Quite unprofessional. One time you'll find 3 employees literally playing around, stalling and almost pushing each other until one of them musters up the willpower to talk to the customer, but most of the times you'll find the employees have no tact whatsoever.

Unwillingness to help with trivial matters... Employees need to understand if they're not willing to do their job, they should just quit. Its not my fault they hate their job. They're supposed to be providing a service. It's not free for them to act like they're doing me a favour.

Note that the phone number of almost all branches seems to be not working.
Their main branch's phone number takes hours without anyone ever picking up.

When I wanted to open an account at this branch, they had me go through a process of trial-and-error of trying to figure out what key wasn't taken and what box could indeed be opened by a certain key or if it was stuck. I can't believe the Jordan Post office actually had me go through this process. The box I got was supposed to have 3 keys - a copy for me and 2 for them, but they were only able to find 2 copies.
