Reliable Rent A Car

We have rented a car from this company for our stay in Jordan -6 days. The car was really good and when we encountered any issue the staff was very responsive and helpful. The highest advantage at this company is that they don’t require any security deposit. Overall very good experience and value for money. At the end of our trip we paid an extra fee for cleaning and pick-up the car from our hotel, as agreed.

I totally recommend this company, and keep in mind that full assurance is a must if you are coming from Europe. The traffic in Jordan, especially Amman, is crazy, I never seen something similar.

I can honestly recommend this rental company in Jordan! I rented a Hyundai for a 6 days. First of all they offer what I was looking for - unlimited kilometers, full insurance and no deposit fee. Also the price was quite reasonable comparing to other companies. Beside this it was easy to contact owner and rent a car (through WhatsApp). He answered my questions and helped to organize everything. Generally car was in good condition but it was dirty inside. I didn’t have any problems on road (you just have to be aware of driving in Jordan because it’s a little bit challenging). The whole process of picking up a car was quick and simple. I’m fully satisfied with renting a car from this company.

I’ve been dealing with Reliable rent a car since 2018, and here’s what I’ve experienced: First, their rates are always reasonable and lower than other agencies, their cars are new, well cleaned and examined before they’re delivered to customers.

The most crucial aspect is that the personnel is professional, cooperative and helpful. They honour their word and bookings with no delays or excuses, regardless of whether it is high or low season, in contrast to other agencies who sadly do not.

Secondly, the procedure for getting and returning the car is quite simple and quick.

We rented a car with a driver for our 4 day family trip over Jordan. Everything worked well and in a professional well. The driver Yousef did his best to be of service and leave us with very nice memories for this trip.

A wonderful experience and people. We met at the airport, and went together by car to the agency. The car we rented was very good, comfortable, for a very decent price. You can also pay by card. Also, there is an option to leave the car in another city for an additional fee (which was not too much at all considering that we left the car in Aqaba). In Aqaba we also met a wonderful guy who works for rent_areliable_car, who was very nice, friendly and drove us to the border with Israel. His name is Adham, and once again we thank him very much and salute him. Honest recommendation!

Great and best company to rent a car in Jordan. The contact with the company is fast and clear by emailmor WhatsApp. If necessary, they pick you up at your hotel or leave you at the airport. They don't need for any advance payment to book or any deposit for the rental. The car is new and in rhe best condition. We rented an automatic car from Reliable Rental for our 10 day road trip in Jordan and they had amazing customer service. Meet us at the airport after a delayed flight. Process was quick, no hidden charges, no deposit fee, cash or card option. We extended our car easily with them through whats app. Also added a one way drop of in Aqaba instead of driving back and flying out of Amman. When we return to Jordan we will only rent with them. Everything was seemless fair and easy! Thanks guys!

Amazing Service and Great Cars at a fair Price! We were pretty sad when we had to return the car. Walid was quickly with answering when we had a crack in the wind shield and we did not even had to take care of it ! We paid 40 Dinar per day, had someone to pick us up from the hotel and had a insurance that covered everything :)

We had a minor issue with the car and they sent a representative directly at our hotel in Petra to fix it while we were having dinner. I had no words, an incredible service.
Also they drove us to the airport for free.

I can only write: a perfect experience. We were in touch, they waited for us at the airport, everything (docs, checks, signatures) were quick, car was in perfect condition. We came late (2 hours) due to traffic, but it was no a problem at all. One thing to make things even better - i would recommend full to full fuel policy, because it is hard to guess to right amount :-) However, it was very professional

Mohammad gave the best package in whole of Amman.. amazing customer service. He gave us a brand new car.. he was also very responsive and helpful. I called him from Petra to check if it was safe to drive to wadi rum as we had heard about a sandstorm. He checked with his sources and quickly got back on phone in 2 min and advised it's unsafe to drive. Also reduced the charge a bit because we returned a day earlier. Strongly suggest his service..

I rented a car in Jordan with Reliable Rent A Car for one week durign August 2021. The service is amazing, not only the price was really affordable, but the car was perfect and we received all the support needed. They also drived us to the Airport when we drop off the car. On our recent trip to Jordan, we decided to hire a car for driving cross country from Reliable following a friend's suggestion which hire a car from the same place in December 2018 and had a great experience.

Reliable gave us a perfect little Hyndai i10 Automatic. It was smooth, never had any glitches, Conquered the amazing roads of Jordan like a boss. Overall the car was in top notch condition. Mileage was 25L/100 miles. We filled full tank of gas twice and we could drive it for around 750 kms.

Mr. Yasser who handled the paperwork for us for Reliable Cars is a thorough professional, he was present at the Airport to deliver the car at exact time we arrived.

We rented an I10. Small car in good condition. For our four of us it was enough to move around Jordan.
Very good e-mail contact, before arrival. We set the price. The day before the arrival we were contacted (Whatsapp) by a representative of the company, we made an appointment at the airport. He picked us up, we drove 4 minutes to the company's office. Signing the contract, documents and we're on our way. The same with the handover of the car. We made an appointment for a specific hour at the company's headquarters. We returned the car and were taken to the airport. I must admit that I had concerns when renting a car for the first time in a local rental company, not a network company. Now we are very satisfied. Great contact with Mr. Muhammad and Mr. Yasir. Best Car rental experience in jordan
I booked a Kia cerato and got a brand new model and enjoyed a lot! After a couple of days I had to return the car but last minute I wanted to extend my rent and I got another model right away. Although the car is a bit old but that didn’t was a big deal as it was well maintained in my opinion. That was so convenient and easy.

We were very satisfied with their service. They drew us to their office from our hotel and back to it upon returning the car. Way less demanding than the big rental guys. The car was also reliable, as the name suggests.

We had a very pleasant experience with this company! We got a really good deal on the car, full insurance and good service. The car was a little old but it worked like a charm and we had no issues with it in the three days we rented it. Would definitely recommend this to everyone :-)

We rented a car for 5 days (even got discount), and everything was excellent. Instead of Kia Rio which we reserved, they gave us Kia Pegas, with 9000 km, almost new car, very comfortable and excellent choice for Jordan..as we had a great tour all over the country, from Amman to Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Jerrash...We purchase a full insurance (C.D.W) and I recommend it, because driving in Jordan sometimes can be really challenging, especially in Amman. Guys in the agency were really professional, gave us free pick up from hotel and after we returned the car they drove us back to hotel. I warmly recommend Reliable car in Amman!
