The staff service is excellent but I didn't understand the big delay to renew passports or even to have appointments. It took me more than 3 months to get it

Nice helpful professional staff inside
Very well organized and respectful security guards ....

I only needed to get something notorized and I had an appointment so it was a fast in and out took only an hour which I say is fast cuz there were a lot of people the guards inside were also very nice and I won't lie being in the embassy for me was like being in America the atmosphere and people made me feel like I was home and I was starting to miss home

When you're TDY, they have nice facilities and are very helpful!
