This was unexpectedly the best trips I have been to. The service has been excellent.
Mr. Alladin took picked us up from Amman airport and remained with us for all 3 days of my trip. Awesome man with great knowledge of the place and its history as well. He drove us around Petra, Wadi Rum upto Highway and Dead Sea and made sure that we are comfortable throughout the journey.
I had apprehensions before coming to Jordan as I was travelling with an infant and during this time when I hear people cancelling their tours due to ongoing conflict. Mr. Alladin was very supportive throughout the trip for my infant and there is no effect of the conflict here in Jordan. I felt very safe!

Excellent Tour agency in Jordan , Professional Team , Responsive . I booked this at the last minute, and so I was not sure what to expect. However Horizon Tours went above and beyond. The trip was fantastic and the sights just phenomenal. The people of Jordan are so friendly and hospitable. My driver Hisham was great and although the driver is not at your disposal, he made many allowances to fit my interests - for example I wanted to see several mosaic sites in Madaba rather than just the one. This is a wonderful way to see this extraordinary country at anytime (not just during a pandemic) Though in saying that, Jordan has specific requirements to enter - that are logical and clear to follow and it was easy, quick and inexpensive to get a PCR test before leaving. Before I went, Andrea sent a clear and detailed itinerary and both Andrea an Mohammed checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. At Jerash and Petra I had phenomenal guides which Hisham arranged. I will have lifelong memories of this incredible country with surely the warmest most hospitable people in the world.

We had the absolute best experience with Jordan Horizons Tours during our trip to Aqaba and Petra! I highly recommend working with this group... They are extremely professional and accommodating, and they provided a very high level of service. They were able to help us with everything we needed, and are just really super nice humans. I can't wait to come back to Jordan and connect with them again!

Expensive but very nice to have the security of everything taken care of for you. Our driver was not a dedicated driver (you have to stick to the schedule or pay extra) vs having your own private driver for the day who can take you where you want. That said our driver was very accommodating to get us back on time when there was a miscommunication about our next trip. There are a lot of 5 star reviews here which I am leaving too but note that they push very hard for everyone to leave a 5 star review, even before the trip is over. Our Sales Rep was great, checking in frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. As nice as the tour was I will easily be able to organize all of it on my own next time I make the trip for a much more affordable rate.

We planned an overnight trip with you. The support we received during the preparation was excellent. Unfortunately, the cruise ship cancelled the port in Jordan due to the political unrest. We received refund immediately. When the time comes to travel there, we will book with you again. Thank you.

My review isn't the usual type. I was on a world cruise and we were supposed to visit Jordan. I saw that other people on the cruise had set up tours with JHT. I contacted JHT and set up a tour for 10 people. It wasn't hard to get 4 other couples to signup for the tour. All 5 couples paid for the tour when we signed up. As the cruise progressed the war in the Middle East got worse and sailing through the Red Sea and the Suez Canal became an issue. When our cruise reached Malaysia they announced that we were being diverted around Africa and would not sail through the Red Sea. My contact at JHT was Basma. She was great. She setup the tour, took the payments, notified everyone and myself of the people in my group. I got together with the people who had signed up for my group and we decided we should cancel the tour because the ship was being diverted away from Jordan. I contacted Basma and started the process to cancel the tour and setup our refunds. She worked with each couple to refund the money paid for the tour. There was a slight fee for cancellation and that was understandable. Everyone in the group was very happy with Basma and JHT and how they responded. Thank You again Basma for being professional and helping us through this challenging situation. I can tell you that 3 of the couples have signed up for a Nile River Cruise and they are doing a post tour to Jordan and Petra. Great Service Thank You.
