Great experience. Hotel staff went over and above to provide great service! Breakfast was provided as part of the room, and included eggs cooked to order. Bathrooms were beautiful and very useful. Wonderful lounge and meeting areas.

1st time staying in this hotel and won't be the last. This hotel had the wow factor. Family really enjoyed it. The service, including the facilities, was just 5*. Highly recommend this place.

Top notch hotel used by a lot of tour companies, including the one I used. Breakfast buffet variety was superb. Club floor concierge had an excellent selection of small bites from 5-8pm making dinner almost un-necessary.

The hotel was awesome! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are multiple delicious options on the breakfast and dinner buffet for everyone to include vegans.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful 5-star hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely spectacular experience. From the moment I walked through the main door, I was greeted with warm and professional service that left a lasting impression.

The hotel facilities are simply stunning. Every corner is carefully designed and decorated with elegance and taste. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and equipped with every amenity one could wish for. The bed was so comfortable that I had some of the best nights' sleep I've had in a long time.

The hotel staff deserves special recognition. Their attention to detail and their friendly and helpful attitude made me feel like a truly special guest. They were always willing to provide recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and activities in the city.

Additionally, the hotel has excellent additional facilities such as a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool. I was able to maintain my exercise routine during my stay and then unwind in the pool, which was truly rejuvenating.

The hotel's location is also ideal. It is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access attractions, renowned shops, and restaurants. Furthermore, the area is safe and peaceful, ensuring a tranquil and enjoyable stay.

Attended a wedding party. The hall was luxurious, service was excellent, decorations and lighting was beautiful, food was amazing.

We spend 5 nights @ Grand Hyatt, and had a great time! It's at walking distance from downtown Amman, so easy to walk around and enjoy the higlights of the old city. Swimmingpool was great, as well as the jacuzzi at the Spa - super relaxing. In the evening we enjoyed happy hour at the outside Terrace - wonderful seating and great service from the staff; Hadi, Bashar, Alaa, Abed, Khaled, Diga, Yazan and Omar - all very friendly. Thank you for making me feel at home!

I decided to celebrate my husband's birthday at Grand Hyatt and I have to say it was the best celebration we ever had as a family! Starting from the service at the front desk, led by Mr. Ali the manager, was absolutely outstanding! He made our stay at the hotel worth every minute. Thank you Mr. Ali for everything! Also, dining at 32 North for dinner and breakfast was super excellent. The birthday dinner was a dream with Yazan AlLouzi, Hamzeh and Dia. Thank you guys the service was 7 stars and the food and cake were delicious.
All in all, very kind, professional and welcoming staff and the best hotel to stay in Amman.

He provided the most remarkable service recovery I've ever witnessed, going above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.

Mamduh and I had several delightful chats during my stay, and he consistently ensured that my every need and desire was met with a warm smile. As a first-time visitor to Amman, I expressed my concerns to him, and he kindly handed me his card, reassuring me that I could call him anytime I needed assistance. He also recommended some incredible spots in the city, which far exceeded my expectations.

Nice hotel, a little out the way from most things, but it's easy to get a taxi/uber. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. It's the usual standard for Hyatt, so few complaints, spa area was nice, sauna, steam room, and hot tub.

Breakfast was nice with a good selections of food to choose from.

They were also offering free arabica coffee and dates, which were nice

I had one of best dinner ever. Despite that varieties are not so many yet they are very delicious. I enjoyed soup and salad. I like the idea that you pick from a wide variety of meat and chicken pieces and give to the chef to cook the way you prefer. My well done beef tender loin and lamp chops were cooked to perfection.

5 star service humble staff delicious food breakfasts amazing many choices, only thing they have to improve pool area

Known as the best hotel in Amman. Located in a really good area, not far from downtown, easily accessible. In house restaurant is basically Italian but there are so many great authetic goirmet options around. Clean, comfortable hotel and In the peak summer they have cold running water. Friendly reception.

Natali was very professional during the check-in process, making it smooth and easy. She is a gem.
