Very clean gym, coaches are friendly and always available. Showers are warm and clean. The machines are modern and DIVERSE, wide range of free weight dumbbells and accessories. Prices are fair and amazing. The gym comes with a cafeteria serving fresh nutritious food daily as well as supplements and gym equipment's. Only problem is parking space.

This gym's got the best coaches and equipment. It gets crouded at times but it is always pleasant to be there!
On top of this, the gym is always clean and they make great offers every now and then which is an opportunity you do not want to miss.

One of the most underrated gyms in tlaa alali or should i say"gem",the coaches are great , the gym is always clean due to the hard working of its staff, and overall its a really great place to workout, plus it has plenty of space , and is supported by every genre of training(like powerlifting , strength...... Etc).and its prices are so fitting to everyone.
