It’s worse bank you can deal with. Either if you are customer or compny it not recommend at all

I came here to solve my city bank account problem and the customer service was horrible.
My friend who is from jordan called to customer service and she transferred the call to other guy while my friend talked to her. And it happened 2 times.
And the guy who actually should help us didn’t answer to the phone.
So me and my friend came to the city bank and we found the girl we talked, and she was so rude saying “there is no personal service here so get out!”
I can not believe she said this.
I was so shocked and I will never use this citybank account.
This is not international service, I will just use Korean bank account.

Citibank headquarters needs to fire the employees with bad customer reviews. I was planning on opening an account today but the Google reviews changed my mind. Taking my business to another bank.
