I used the ATM at this location and my bank account was skimmed over $800. When I went to the bank manager, Ibrahim Khalid, he said there is nothing he can do for me and it was my problem. He said they have no mechanism to investigate the matter. I wish I could upload the audio clip.

فيش atms موزعة... فيش غير فرع واحد.. فيش تطبيق بنكي... بدك تطلب اشي بدك تروح عالبنك... فيش تعامل بالايميلات والمسجات

البنك جداً فاشل موظفين اغلب الاوقات غير موجودين لايوجد خدمه لفترات المساء فقط الصبح لو انسرق الكرت وفيها رقم يعني راح تروح فيها لا يوجد الا فرع واحد وموظفين قليلين لا انصح ،،
لا يوجد خدمة الكول سنتر وللاسف فاشل جداً
