I have known the bakery for thirty years. It has been run and up til now by the same family. They have the very best manaqeesh ( cheese and Zait wa Zaatar) in Amman. The owners are very friendly and hospitable and their products are unmatched. If you want manaqeesh in Amman, this is the place to go.

I've been going here for the last 18 years, ever since I was a little kid. They have the best Za'tar in the world bar none.

I can describe this place in one sentence:

You can start the line at the age of 25 and finish at the age of 27, but it is WORTH IT.

Yummy yummy Manakish! One of the very few top tasteful Manakish you can get in Amman 😍 The toppings are generous in quantity and taste and a single one can make you feel full (I can't guarantee that though 😜) plus it gives you an energy boost for a few hours after. Prices in general are a bit higher than what you would find in other bakeries, but for the quality, a win-win deal! At the time of writing this, you can get a delicious Zaatar Manakish for only 40 qirsh (55¢)! Woohoo!

Timeless classic. Excellent ingredients served the old fashion way. The place was here when I was a child and its exactly the same today, best place for traditional pastries in Amman. Very simple, fast service and tastes exactly as expected.

This small bakery is a landmark, well known for excellent manakeesh. Pass early on Friday morning and you would mostly be waiting for 10 - 15 min in que to get served.
