Royal pets veterinary health center

This’s my first time ever adopting a cat. I decided to take Yuki to this clinic basing on google reviews because I believe they’re the most accurate and Im so glad and happy I took that decision. My knowledge of raising a kitten was zero but Dr. Sereen was more than patient with me and explained everything I need to know and more. She’s so caring, humane and kind. I mean my kitten was so afraid that she scratched my back and Dr. Sereen was kind enough to disinfect the scratches. I’ll definitely take my cat there next time. A very highly recommended clinic honestly.

great staff, awesome service grooming is great and finally the checkups are so professional its crazy they diagnose the dog and always explain every thing is a great under standing way, i feel like its a school :). me and my dog have bounced around through vets and none were good either bad service, wrong diagnosis, over the roof prices but now i have found the best clinic and i definitely will stay with them. 10/10 recommend the best vet inJordan.

Took my cat for grooming. They did the job in the time they said they would (30 mins) and when I went to pick him up there was even a lovely vet who gave me an overall assessment of his health (he's doing great). The only downside is you don't get to see their facilities as they're upstairs but the reception area was clean and good.

Super nice staff, service and procedure for my cat was explained in detail they even sent a message to remind me to make a follow-up appointment.. the waiting room is ok with the exam well organized and clean.. can't say much more as the OR, Pet grooming are located to the rear of the office and can only get there through a locked door.

Pets n Vets were very professional and dedicated to the well-being of my cat Sophie. They took great care of her for two months and kept us up to date at all times.

The vets are very experienced and the clinic is well equipped... they give discouts for rescued cats and dogs... the grooming service is good.. pet accesories are avaliable.. they accept visa... I can trust them with my pets.

بحب اشكر الدكتوره سرين خطاطبه على مهاراتها و ضميرها و معاملتها الرائعه بستي كانت بحاله صعبه كتير عملت الدكتوره عمليه استئصال رحم كان متقرح و في التهاب العمليه صعبه كتير والحمد لله تمت بخير وسلامه ورجعت بستي عالبيت وامورها ممتازه والحمد لله.. معامله رائعه و نضافه العياده ممتازه و الاسعار معقوله جدا جدا اشكرك من كل قلبي والاهم غير انها دكتوره هي انسانه رائعه
