Location is great close to Webdeh and to Jabal Amman. Easy parking space and wonderful customer service. Feel free to taste and choose. Prices are moderate and most items are more affordable than other food shops. A must visit in Amman!

UPDATE: It is with great sense of obligation that I write this update. Since my below review was posted, I received numerous messages from the Kama team, as well as an overseas call from the owner Ms. Jumana Jacir. The team insisted that they send me a package to my overseas location, which turned out to include the items that I wanted to buy, plus other extras! I am truly overwhelmed by their attention, quick action and generosity! I can’t wait to try their products, which I am sure live up to the positive feedback they receive from their customers.

My review is more of a customer service issue. I tried multiple times to buy their products, but was never able to. My story (or stories) with Kama began when I decided to buy their products online. I chose the products and put my credit card info. I’m then taken to the strangest verification page asking me to add a “Custom ECI” and a “Custom CAVV”. Not understanding what they both meant, I tried to call the store on the numbers listed on their website (a landline and a mobile number). I called both numbers multiple time and never got an answer, or a call back.
Insisting to try their products, I decided to go to the store myself the next day. When I arrived, I spoke with the shop assistant and told her about the issue on the website. She couldn’t understand what the issue was. Nevertheless, I asked her for the products I want. One of them was not available. She said it will be available the next day. I informed her that I will be traveling in a couple of days, she took my phone number and told me that she will call me let me know when the product is available. I never received that call.
Still insisting to try the products, I decided to give it one last try and go to the shop in the airport on my way to the gate. When I got there, I found no attendant at the store. I asked around and was told that they will be back in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, I had to leave to catch my flight. It’s quite a shame that I didn’t get a chance to buy and try kama for the simplest of reasons! In my case all their point of sales have failed. I’ve heard good feedback about their products. I’ve always been a zealot when it comes to supporting homemade products. I hope they pay extra attention to such clear business requirements if they want to successfully support the communities they serve!

It’s my go to place for premium products that represent middle eastern food. Love their spice blends and Shatta. I travel to the states three times a year and all my friends request their thins, pistachio and almond bits as gift.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing local food items and lots of variety (great for gifts). Staff are extremely friendly and make great recommendations.

OMG. If you ever want great tasting gourmet, honest, Jordanian food then you can buy it from Kama. The store which is expected to open late June/ early July is elegant and we'll organized. The staff are professional and real foodies who know what they are talking about, Expect them to grow in variety and expect to have something new each time you go depending on the season. Lively place and we'll worth what you pay for

Kama is unique for its mixed flavors of Middle East, their blends happen to be just right for many food courses. I am selective when it comes to jam and sauces, but KAMA is certainly a favorite of Middle East mix & blend.

Gourmet, delicacies, deliciousness, amazing people, Kama has it all.

You must try their Labneh, Maqdoos, Jams, Honey, Maamoul, Zaatar, Olive oil, shatta, well, everything is a must try
