There is a person there by the name of Ahmed. Superb assistance given for an issue I thought was not possible. I gave up but received a call from him out of the blue that he has the solution. Absolutely amazing. This happens when someone does a service in an outstanding fashion. Over and above their day to day routine. We'll done sir. Great follow up.

Premium quality audio speakers, earphones, and headphones. Excellent customer service, you can never go wrong with Bose.

If you are looking for BOSE products your are in the right place

We went to browse the collection and the assistant was super condescending. Very poor product knowledge, or just didn't want to help. The shop was also very stuffy and smelly which wasn't comfortable. Not what I expected from visiting the world-class Bose brand.

Worst branch and a disgrace for Bose brand !

My experience was with maintenance, they collected a non refundable fees in order to have the item inspected, staff wrote wrong terms and I asked him to adjust he said ( it’s okay it’s okay, that’s just for the policy ), and the technician didn’t even check it or elaborate with the problem not even discovered, he simply said ( battery problems and sorry we have no battery).
The branch maintenance department has no battery ! That’s so unfortunate.

Plus they promise to call you but they never do, they gave us contact card and NONE of those contacts / accounts are functional.
I collected it from another complex where they repair products not from this shop.

Bad experience overall.
