Avoid!, Terrible experience. Saleem Odeh from Golden Crown tours organised our tour to Israel from Jordan. Hotel, border and activities were meant to be all paid for.
The first driver picked us up in Amman and took us to the Allenby border crossing.
He then explained that he wasn't provided with the money to cover the border costs for seven people (including a 1 year old) and asked us for money.
We were then only provided with 6 tickets for the shuttle bus across the border as it turns out, we only needed 6 tickets. Where did the additional money we paid go?
After this, another driver picked us up from the Israel border. He barely spoke any English. (We were told the drivers would all speak english) we were stuck with him for 3 days. He was not a very good tour guide, he did not have any local knowledge of any of the destinations. When we asked questions, he had to make phone calls to provide answers.
The 3rd driver who picked us up on the 4th day did speak english (yay) but he smoked like a chimney and the bus stank of cigarettes - this wasn't helpful for the 3 asthmatics we had on board.
This driver also continued to smoke in his hotel room (non smoking rooms) which filled the adjoining room where we stayed with smoke during the nights.
This driver without consultation, skipped one of the tour destinations to Lod. on the second last day of our tour, the bus broke down. We were left stranded at the sea of Galilee for 4 hours with young children.
Finally, when the mechanic was unable to fix the Bus, they organised another bus to take us back to the hotel - we almost missed dinner as we arrived back at almost 8.30pm shortly before the restaurant closed. The following day we were meant to visit several destinations prior to crossing the border, however the Bus was still not repaired and we were left stranded at the hotel until 14:00. When the bus finally arrived we were taken straight to the border and made it just before the border closed.
The tour company did not offer any remuneration for our trouble or missed tour destinations.

I will never do business with them again.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.
We'd paid for a 6 day tour of Israel. On the fifth day our bus broke down around 2pm and we were left stranded at the sea of Galilee (with 4 young children) until 7pm and never made it back to our hotel until around 8.30.
They had hrs to call us another bus but decided to call a mobile mechanic to try fix the bus instead. Very unprofessional!
On the sixth day we were left at the hotel until 2pm, even though hotel checkout out is12pm. We missed out on a day and a half of our tour and all the sights it entailed. When we asked for reimbursement of sorts for the sixth day, we were told that we'd completed our six days of the tour and there was nothing to reimburse.

I do not recommend using this service!
