The opening hours seem completely wrong. I turned up at 1:55pm and was ignored by the employees. They told me that the post office closed at 1:40 and they wouldn't serve me. This despite the fact that they were hanging round chatting and apparently serving other people. Go to the branch in wasat il balad if you want any service or help.
