Opal Hotel Amman

Best service ever. I wound not choose any other hotel over this one. Rooms are clean. Food great. Breakfast is awesome. Staff are very welcoming. And best of all, the view is one of a kind. I would give 6 starts.

Opal Hotel is a wonderful place, for business trip or vacation. Mr Abdullah and Mr Ismail were very professional staff, helpful and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Room service food is amazing and presentation is breath taking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Opal Hotel in Jordan, and I cannot praise it enough. The front desk generously upgraded our room without any extra charge, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. The level of service provided by the staff was outstanding – attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist.

The highlight of our stay was the impeccable breakfast. A delightful array of choices, each dish perfectly prepared, made for a perfect start to our day. The attention to detail and quality of service truly set Opal Hotel apart.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Rooms are large and clean. excellent room service. Close to shopping mall and airport as well. Staff is very friendly and generous. I highly recommend staying at this hotel specially if you need to be close to the airport.

I am currently staying at the Opal Hotel in Amman and let me say I wish I could take the staff of this hotel and hire them for myself. Nothing is too much to ask! They are the kindest most service centered people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment I landed and called saying I needed transportation I was treated like a queen. I don't remember the guys name at the front desk that originally assisted me and sent my wonderful driver Mohamed to not only pick me up but also take me on a full day tour at an reasonable price. Mohamed even recommended a restaurant to me and sat and waited in the car as I tried my first traditional meal which was amazing! He then even stopped and purchased me a traditional dessert called kanafe which I enjoyed immensely. After he dropped me back to the hotel I decided I wanted a massage but the QR code in the room that brings up the spa menu isn't in English so I was happy when I received a call from guest services inquiring about any needs I had. I inquired about an English version of the menu as well as the restaurant menu only to promptly receive a freshly printed copy at my door of the spa menu, and then a leather bond menu from the restaurant! I decided to go to the restaurant where I was received by Omar the captain. He waited on me hand and foot and was very patient with me. He not only insured that I was given everything I want quickly but also went beyond his duties and took my left over food to my room. My key didn't work when he went to it so he brought my food back and offered to have my key situation worked out as I continued to relax and have sheesha and tea. He then came back and retrieved my food and put it into my room...I later got lost because I tend to do that, lol...and he found me on the staff floor and he took me all the way to my room to insure I couldn't get lost again. I also have to point out how amazing bothe dinners I had at the Opal were. E everything was fresh, tasty and nicely priced. Oh and Saqer the shisha man is so very sweet and never allows your shisha to go out or to taste not fresh. He was so tentative and he seems to really enjoy taking care of the guest... but I think that is the standard for all the employees at the Opal. Lastly the manager Rasheed seemingly sets the standard for him employees. He was so kind and humble yet efficient in insuring there was absolutely nothing else he and his team could do to make me happy. He came to me at the end of each of my meals to insure I was completely pleased and to be sure I would walk away from my experience with his team happy. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and just makes you feel like you are in full luxury. Thank you guys so much! Five stars. The staff is very attentive; the rooms are large, spacious, and clean. Breakfast offers a wide selection for every member of the family. This was a five-star experience.

Had our wedding there and stayed for a night it’s was so nice, we ordered food at 3 in the morning and it was the best late meal we ever had lol it was a great steak came hot and very fast the service was amazing we enjoyed every second. also our best wedding planner is beyond amazing ayah helped us a lot with everything i highly recommend her ❤

We booked the family suite for a family of four. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the outdoor seating area was lovely!

Amazing experience. I had to come back to this hotel because it is the best in Amman and close to the airport with a peaceful and quiet setting. The beds are always comfortable and softer than most and the restaurant and breakfast buffet is top notch. They offer a huge variety of foods that is even pleasing to Americans. The rooms are incredibly clean and do not smell like smoke and the whole hotel is clean and smoke free. The staff are professional and their is 24 hour service. They can help you get a taxi. They have an amazing spa with Turkish bath and massage where women and men are separate. The wifi is really good. It's a luxurious experience and it's better than any other hotel in Amman. I will come back here many times.

It is an excellent hotel.
Attentive, polite and helpful staff in all parts of the hotel and restaurant, fair price value, modern style and most of all: perfect breakfast.
Our room itself was huge and clean, faced to a wall, so had no real window, but we spent only 1 night, so it was ok.

This is my second time and certainly not the last. An amazing hotel, lovely, friendly hospitable staff and great facilities. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Great value as well

Very beautiful hotel so close to Queen Alia Airport. Great value!
Best thing about Jordan is definitely the people. Always smiling and very peaceful and friendly. We did not meet one person that displayed anything else than this. Even the highway security checkpoint guards were smiling when the pulled us over.
