This is one the worst branches I've ever been to, the branch manager is so clueless and has no idea how to efficiently run his branch, he's constantly roaming around doing nothing, I once had my Visa to the UK rejected due to their incompetence to even provide me with a bank statement

When the waiting room is full, the manager is not able to open a second counter and he just walk around, i waited for 1 hour to be able to reach the counter

بتصل معهم(فرع الرينبو) بتجاوب الموظفة بقولها بدي أعمل هيك هيك و بتشغل الموسيقى(حطتني ع الانتظار) طيب احكي مشغولين ممكن تستنى شوي يم هيك علطول بدون أي مقدمات و حتى لما فتحت الخط ما عرَّفت انهم البنك العربي و هاد تقصير منها كموظفة غير هيك رجعت رنيت كمان مرة عرفتني من صوتي برضوه علطول حطت موسيقى... شو هالعالم هاي؟! ماشي حقك علي انا متصلة متأخر و بدكم تسكروا بس مو هيك احكي طيب في مجال بكرا؟ أي اشي بس احكي مش تتجاهلي😒

اسوء بنك ممكن الواحد يتعامل معه بحياته!!! نصب واحتيال على العالم! بستغلوا عدم وجود العميل بالاردن وبصيروا يسجلوا ببرامج "اختيارية" والعميل لا حد خيره ولا حد حكا معه ويسحبوا مصاري من الحساب من دون اي موافقة للعميل!!! صار لي شهر عم بلاحق فيكم! ومسؤول حسابي ما عم برد عليي لا مسجات ولا تلفونات!! بس ان شاء الله الا ارفع عليكم قضية وافضحكم وين مكان!
