What a nice comfortable safe place to stay. The rooms were simple and efficient. Good value for the area.

The best part of the stay is the excellent staff. Guest services were superb— Nour , Mohammed, Mohammed, and Ahmael made our stay extra wonderful with their experience, expertise, and their ongoing effort to make certain we were well taken care of.

Close to shops and food if needed and tour company did good job to pick up. Food was good here as well and service excellent. Thank you again

Fantastic hotel with very friendly stuff. We felt really welcome and pleasant during our stay. Hotel has 4 restaurants and every one of them is different and you can try so many types of food.
Rooms are spacious, clean with comfy beds.
We had friendly talk with manager and owner of the hotel, they made us feel very welcome and helped us get around in Amman.

I could not have been happier with our stay at the Sanrock Hotel, the service from the breakfast to maid service and evening entertainment was the best we have ever had. Everyone was always helpful and friendly from start to finish. Meals in the restaurants were delicious and cooked to perfection. We stayed at the Sanrock over a month while waiting to move to another country and the people made our stay a wonderful experience. Thank you all so very much.

Although we had a short stay it was enjoyable and memorable. All the staff including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff were courteous and professional. Special thanks to the chef waseem in the main restaurant. who went out of his way to make delicious vegan meal for me. I am grateful. We wish him all the best.

We held our wedding in this beautiful hotel and it was a great experience The staff and their service is outstanding. The food was fantastic, full of flavor & variety. Head Chef is so lovely, always coming out to make sure everything is fine with the food and anything else. It's by far the best food in Amman.

One of the best hotels in Amman Jordon. The staff is so nice, friendly, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay in their cozy hotel. The location is so convenient. You can go to any where in less than 15 min. Also, they are a lot of coffee shops and restaurant around the hotel where you can spend a good time. Regarding the rooms, they are clean and tidy. The room service is so nice as well. Also, the breakfast is delicious and full of various dishes. I highly recommend Everyone who is willing to visit Amman to book with this hotel.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed there 3 nights and everything about it was fantastic. The staff is very professional and supportive. Some of the best service I ever experienced. I would like to thank alaa (in reception) in specific, he was incredibly helpful and supportive and made our stay pleasant.

Excellent lodging choice with a highly accommodating atmosphere, friendly personnel, and a welcoming ambiance.

The cleanness of rooms and room service was worth every penny. Pillows and sheets are replaced whenever room service required. Staff are friendly and comparative. Security and awareness were good. Fast wifi and great food with multi-cultural menu.

We spent two days in Amman and stayed at the Sanrock hotel. We are a family of 4 including 2 teenage sons. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was clean, comfortable and the staff were polite and helpful. Internet connection was great. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

We arrived in Amman after such a long, 3 flight journey! Hotel staff were so welcoming. Hotel is comfortable. Just had brekkie. Never thought I'd be eating stuffed artichokes and pink pickled turnips for breakfast ( my choice - could have had a more traditional brekkie, but wanted to try the local flavours!!). I also recommend the baby croissants stuffed with pistachios. The staff were friendly.

I have been staying at the Sanrock hotel a few weeks and have been impressed with the whole staff but in particular the head of housekeeping. He has gone above and beyond time and time again, taking extra care to provide amazing service. He’s one of the reasons i choose the Sanrock hotel when in Amman.

The hotel room was excellent, comfortable, and the rate was cheap compared to same hotel categories in the area. The location is lively and close to the main landmarks and the shopping centers in the city. The customer service was excellent, smooth and fast check-in. The hotel facilities match the description; i.e. fast internet connection, hot shower water 24h, attentive house keeping. Food is good and the breakfast buffet has a verity of options.

A great venue to have Business meetings, conferences, workshops, etc. In general, a very nice place to stay, easy to access from Airport and through the city center. We arranged three days conference for almost 70 staff from different countries.
