I cannot express enough how amazing this hotel and their staff was. Just the most amazing team. Everyone is super friendly and super accommodating. The maintenance guy, Ayman, even lent his phone holder to us for a week because we didn’t have one during our stay. The food was incredible. The price we paid for our room exceeded our expectations. Literally everything is on the road aswell. All your food options and restaurants and easy to get in and out of the centre. Shoutout to the incredible team. You guys made our stay so amazing.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I don't have any major complaints. The food they served was great as well as the drinks. Great products. However, the room I was put in had no windows, which gave it a very heavy and headache-inducing atmosphere. As for the fitness room, it has great cardio equipment but if you want to focus on weight lifting there isn't much besides a few light dumbells.

Everything fine. The room is big, bathroom is great, bed is comfortable, blankets and pillows are good.
Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is fast.
The only minus was traffic noise in my room (407), not very strong.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with good shower. Helpful staff, plenty choice for breakfast. External pictures do not do justice to the standards within. No hesitation in reccomending with only its location on a busy road as a minor negative.

I loved the hotel, rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Dinner and breakfast are also very varied and with lot of fresh products.
What I liked the most however is the staff. They are extremely kind and make you feel really welcomed. A special mention for Shahid, the girl at the reception, she is adorable.

This hotel is worth the money we pay.
I visit Amman regularly and frankly speaking, haven’t found better than it.
Clean, neat, cooperative staff, all what you need is available there.
However, people who complain in their reviews, just want to remind you that in case you need a bigger lobby or more varieties on the breakfast, you have to do one simple thing: pay more and go to a five stars hotel.
Thus it’s not the hotel here, it’s you guys!

I stayed in three different rooms on my trip to Jordan as I started and ended a tour with this hotel and have recommendations for the type of room you want, but first the basics.

Location: This hotel is not in the main tourist area of Amman, but you can Uber cheaply to any location. Hotel is 30ish minutes to the airport. Many nearby places for food- falafel San which Ed across the street, fresh juice at Kiwi two doors down on the right and an ATM just outside to the left of the hotel. Plenty of supermarkets to the right and CTown, a larger supermarket walking distance away.

Beds- every room I stayed in had the most comfortable bed and silky sheen sheets

Staff- from security to the front desk the staff is top notch. I wish I took down their names because the front security man and man at the front desk helped me get food when I didn’t speak Arabic and the person I was buying from did not speak English. Thank you gentleman! The staff is there to make your stay wonderful and do their best to accommodate.

Rooms: if you want a quiet interior room with a window facing an interior wall, ask for an 06 room example 406. For a louder more scenic room facing the busy street ask for a room with a balcony. For a quieter room with scenic ask to be in the back facing the school. Showing a picture of a balcony room and one facing the school with 3 twin beds.

Breakfast- only meal I had at the hotel and it was really good! I recommend getting a fresh omelet. Everything was fresh and a great selection.

I recommend this hotel as a great spot to visit Amman.

Checked in today and it’s very nice. All new and white clean soft sheets. Hot powerful showers. We had a balcony room which was fun to watch the traffic sand sights. Asked for something and they were up for us in minutes.

I really spent a wonderful time ,the staff were professional and eager to help especially Mr.Qais.The furniture were comfortable especially the beds were super comfortable, the rooms have special views and quite, you can have a good sleep at same time. Also they have special and delicious meals if you don’t have time to go outside or in winter if the weather is so cold. It’s also near to the banks, hospitals, malls and national deserts stores.Finally, I can say that I recommend staying in Sulaf hotel to my friends and relatives.

Top in ot category 2021. Luxury rooms, some with balconies. Stocked bar fridge, but pay what you consume. Security conciece facility. Small dining area as well as basement parking. Situated on the main road with nany restaurants. Wheelchair friendly, credit card payment accepted

It’s been very amazing experience here! I stayed here for more than 7 nights, Mr Nasha’at and Wissam were very supportive and great! There is a lady named Lara trust she is your answer to everything too. Very lovely and wonderful people. This is my home in Jordan! Highly recommended! Visit and thank me later!!!
