They destroyed our 250JOD rug, refused to pay for repairs, we’re rude to my wife, claimed they fixed it, and it’s still destroyed.

As rude as they were, and upset as they made us, I am tempted to have my lawyer contact them.

I sent a rug for cleaning and they ruined it.
I complained and they insisted I leave it for a week and it will get back to its shape. And it never did.

They didn’t offer any compensation either.

Never sending them any stuff anymore.
