The Ritz-Carlton, Amman

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman, and it was truly a delightful experience. Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade that offered a stunning view. The gentleman at the reception, who handled reservations, was incredibly friendly and ensured a smooth check-in process.

The highlight of my mornings was the excellent breakfast spread - a delightful culinary experience with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel itself exudes luxury, with its elegant decor and attention to detail, making every moment spent there feel special.

However, my only disappointment was the closure of the outdoor pool. While I understand it's winter, I believe guests should have the option to enjoy a swim if they wish. Despite this minor setback, my overall experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman, was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming stay.

Wonderful! Great hotel , great food and the staff was amazing! Especially Mr Bahaa with his great advice! All the staff at breakfast. I believe the Jordan experience has been so amazing because of this hotel’s staff.

Great location, friendly team and absolutely great rooms. The overall experience is excellent. You have to try this new hotel in Amman. The Spa is impressive and the team there is professional and friendly, Roberto’s restaurant at the 20th has a great view, the staff is friendly but the food was below average.

It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love the idea of the smart things rooms have. The sightseeing is also outstanding. Everything is perfect. This hotel deserves 7 stars.

I meant to leave this review earlier but was distracted by work. I have nothing to say but the best things about this location. When staying at the Ritz, it is expected to be a first class establishment. What I wasn't expecting was the exceptional customer service I received during my 2 week stay. All of the employees I encountered were great but there were several that stood out. Thanks to Youssef, and Adym in the lounge for their top notch service and attentiveness. Omar from housekeeping always had my room looking great. Bahaa at guest relations was great and helped me enormously and Zara and Nasser always greeted me with a smile and helped my friend at the spa. And of course I can't forget Aya from guest relations...every time I came in from a difficult day her beautiful smile and kind words always instantly brightened my day. Thats it for my diatribe, I had a great stay and can't wait to return.

First of all have to say the wedding venue is amazing and wonderful over the top. The amazing staff for our wedding ,Rawan, Fadi Hadad ,and Alaa we are more than thankful for the above and beyond hospitality. They made our special day amazing and beyond words. These great people care about everything every little detail they made sure everything went smooth and it was over top. I definitely recommend. Thanks for making our occasion amazing

5-10min uber from just about everything. Modern rooms. Great customer service. An amazing breakfast. There is a nice relaxing evening waterfall with images projected on it, a pool, spa, gym, 24/7 room service, a few good restaurants, legends bar with it's larger than life TV and games. Always a very comfortable stay at the Ritz Amman!

The hotel is beautiful and located near the center. The staff is incredibly kind. All services are of a high standard.

Visited December 2022 - Fantastic hotel & staff. Had use of club floor - excellent food, drinks and most of all the staff.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
The rooms are big and new. The service is on another level, the staff and management here really do care about customer experience and they go above and beyond to ensure that customers leave with a very positive impression about their stay.
Overall I would recommend this place.

RITZ Carlton is an amazing hotel , very fancy , and service is very good . Staff helpful and well trained.

Easily the nicest hotel I have tried in Amman. The architecture, staff, and welcoming ambiance really bring it all together. The rooms are amazing and are accompanied by amazing service and restaurants. Will definitely be coming back next time I am in the city.
