AlQasr Metropole Hotel

Every time I go to Jordan i stay at this hotel. The quality of rooms and service is great. Breakfast options vary from middle eastern to western. The staff are very courteous and helpful for whatever you need!! Especially wissam and Ahmad who showed high level of professionalism and delivered the best service. Highly recommended hotel!!!

The hotel is not near to the airport but more located around Amman Shumaysani district. It is about 30 min drive from Amman international
airport.
We arrived around 5am and there was staff at the reception to welcome us. The porter also helped to unload the luggage from the car.
The room is simple and basic, comes with essentials such as shower, comfortable bed and kettle. We had a good rest for a couple of hours before checking out of the hotel to go to our next destination. Next time can consider staying for more nights here. Street parking is free.

We stayed 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was excellent, very cleaned and comfortable and had a terrace where we could relax. Everybody was very friendly and very helpful at the bar and the restaurant in the mornings and evenings . The food options at breakfast and for dinner were very varied, tasty and good quality products. We would certainly stay again at this hotel!

Great location, very kind and helpful staff, great food and view in Vinaigrette. Great food and interiors in AlQasr Garden. Very good value for money. Beds could be updated to be more comfortable but was fine. All the staff were friendly and very professional. Definitely would recommend both of the restaurants Vinaigrette and AlQasr Garden.

We absolutely enjoyed this hotel. Very clean, great service and amazing views from the balcony. The breakfast was amazing and had so much to offer. It is located in the financial district, which is a little ways from downtown. However, the area is very quiet, which is great for a good night sleep.

Located in Shmeisani, very nice hotel, good service and well located. About 15 minutes drive for down town, the roman theater and the Citadelle.

Not my first time staying here and not my last. Although my room was excellent, the room my father stayed in was a little musty smelling, probably reminiscent of the old days when smoking was allowed.

In particular, there was a young gentleman named Wassim to whom I am very grateful for his continued excellent service, friendliness, and attention to detail. He surely made us feel like visiting dignitaries along with the rest of the staff.

This hotel is very nice, and a cheap taxi from the city/bus stop. The staff go above and beyond, the breakfast is amazing and the rooftop restaurant is very nice with amazing views and great food. It has some sister hotels around like the garden one next door which is also great, and they give discount vouchers for these as a hotel guest. They also let us check out at 4pm since they had availability and at no extra cost.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing rooftop restaurant. The views in the restaurant are totally all around and awesome! Rooms are great and bathrooms excellent. The artwork throughout is really interesting. I also loved the baby grand piano!

My stay at Al Qasr Hotel for 40-day business trip was an unforgettable experience. My room with a balcony offered beautiful city view. The room service was great, ensuring cleanliness.

Waiters Ahmed and Hussam made my days more enjoyable, they were always available to assist with my dining preferences. Their warm smiles were a positive energy, I enjoyed the refreshing fresh lemon mint water they offered me every morning.

I had a great experience with my family in this hotel. The staff is extremely nice and gentle. The service is amazing especially the breakfast team, altho it is so good and they have a lot to offer they made sure that they provide ANYTHING that we ask for especially the supervisor (Wesam) thank you so much for making our experience memorable. We will definately book again in this hotel when we come back to Amman.

The rooms with balcony are so cozy and comfotable. The view is nice and the air is fresh in this area (Alshmeisany)

I had one comment about house keeping that it was not always up to my expectations. Howevere when I told them about it they made sure to fix and do what I wanted.

- I would recommend to keep the music in the lounge at a lower level, after a while it becomes annoying and it's difficult to work. Similar complaint about the loop xmas song for breakfast, I heard it a dozen times!

I stayed here for only one night but we had an amazing stay. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who managed the breakfast was outstanding, helping identify different dishes and sharing his expertise. The quality of the breakfast was excellent. Some of the best humus I've ever had. A wide selection of fresh and local dishes. The location was good for us as it was a quiet street that had some good local restaurants nearby. Great value for money!

Outstanding service, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and modern. Of course my favorite place is Vinaigrette with amazing Sushi and views of Amman. Since I haven’t had Arabic food in a long time, I took pictures of the Arabic items at breakfast but they have a variety of international cuisine. I strongly recommend staying here.
