I had the falafel sandwich which is apparently legendary here. My goodness was it delicious! I scrape the roof of my mouth because of how fast I ate it.

The falafels are fresh and made in front of you in the kitchen. The bread is fresh as well and the toppings you can choose from are absolutely delicious.

The seating area looks spacious and classy too. I took the sandwich as takeout though but next time I visit Amman I will for sure eat at the restaurant.

Highly recommended, especially for falafel lovers!

It'd be a shame if you don't hit this place for breakfast. Menu might be limited but food is very authentic. Prices are reasonable but little high. Definitely visiting again

Abu Jbara is a popular Jordanian restaurant in Amman, and for good reason. The food is delicious and authentic, and the atmosphere is lively and bustling.

I visited Abu Jbara on a Friday morning, and I was astonished by the crowds. There was a line for takeaways that extended to outside the restaurant, turning around the block! The dine-in line was luckily shorter, but it still took me a while to get a table.

The food hall was full, and I came to know later that Abu Jbara actually has three floors, all of which were filled with customers. Most of the customers were Jordanian families, which is a testament to the restaurant's authenticity.

I ordered the hummus, foul, falafel, and tea. It took a while for the food to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait.

The hummus was among the best I have ever had. It was creamy, smooth, and flavorful. The foul was also very good, and the falafel was fluffy from the inside and crunchy from the outside.

The bread was served fresh and hot from the oven, and it was the perfect accompaniment to the hummus and foul.

My overall experience at Abu Jbara was excellent. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

However, I do need to highlight that the prices at Abu Jbara are quite high. The cup of tea that I ordered cost 1.500 dinars! This is more than I would expect to pay for a cup of tea at a restaurant in Jordan.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Abu Jbara to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Jordanian dining experience. Just be prepared to pay a bit more for the privilege.

Probably the best falafels in Amman! I absolutely love their falafels and sandwiches. It's considered a little bit expensive in comparison to other hummus joints but worth it.

Me and my had lovely brunch at Abu Jbara. The food was great, we got the typical arabic breakfast which included; hummus, fool, falafel and Fatte. My mom got the spicy falafel sandwich with slices of lemon she loved it! Everything was delicious and delightful.
The service was excellent since we were about 14 persons our waiter was patient and sweet.

Although this may be seen as breakfast food in the West, locals come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is excellent, so if you're looking for great falafel and hummus, be sure to check this place out.

Also, the menu is mostly vegan. I think the fettah has yogurt in it, everything else is vegan.

Not that vegans get very far in Jordan. 😁

Always fresh and tasty…
It’s a perfect place if you wanna taste authentic hummus in different arts for good prices.
Service is good but you may wait for extra few minutes because the place is kinda crowded, and of course it’s not a cozy and quiet atmosphere…

Most authentic Jordanien breakfast and brunch spot in Amman!

Menu is basic but very delicious and it’s quite a vibe there. Price is very fair!

I ate at this place during my last trip to Jordan and this is my second time.
It is clean, tasty however expensive comparing to other authentic local restaurants.
It’s a famous chain and you have to visit.

أكلهم ممتاز، لكن تمنيت الشاي يكرن بنفس المستوى،
أنصح بزيارتهم خارج أوقات الذروه،
قائمةوالطعام عندهم محدوده الخيارات وقت الافطار
Food is fresh and taste great. I wasn’t impress by the quality of the tea. Staff were nice but very busy. The restaurant usually is crowded, I recommend visitors to avoid coming during rush times.
Their menu is limited.

For a Jordanian living abroad, I crave this food and often think that it can’t be as good as last time, but the taste never disappoints.

Every time I visit this restaurant it is crowded and you have to wait for 15 min if you are dinning in unless you want to take away it will take around 10 mins. Best dish I like is fateh, foul, and falafel. It's like you are in heaven. So delicious and mouthwatering. You will never find such a good restaurant with such a good taste.

We went as a big group. We ordered a lot of dishes. Hummus. Fool mudamas. Fateh Hummus. Flafel. Fool and hummous mixed plate. The meal came with plates of vegetables and unlimited supplies of freshly made pita bread. Excuse the poor pictures we couldn't resist but devour the food as it came. 😋 it is definitely a place where locals go to have a traditional breakfast . The tea with mint was on point.

Great restaurant, we went there as a family of 9 people. Price is good for the taste, quality and service, around 5 JD per person.
Tou should know that there is extra 26% fees on service and tax. Place is big and you will always find a table, we didn't wait more than 5 mins to set down. Food was on the table in 10 mins. Bread is fresh baked, flafle is hot and crunchy, tea was amazing! A great place highly recommend.
