Room was clean, comfortable & well maintained.

Everything was perfect starting with arrival experience with lovely and welcoming cheerful receptionist. The clean room and the ambiance of the hotel. I feel like home.

i had a GREAT experience related to the service level during my night in Ibis amman.
The receptionist called Ahmad Khircan (not sure about the fmaily name) gave us a GREAT attention to the problem that we were facing and helped us a lot on it, way more that they need to do it as receptionist. I felt so greatfull and reccomended the hotel just becouse of him to be honest.
because of his help, we could go to Jordan and have a good stage in Amman.

5 stars for its location. The restaurant in the hotel works 24h/7. You have the mall in front of you. The main Street is only 100m away. Plenty of restaurants, exchange offices, and more, near by.

Very cosy, simple and clean, friendly people who work there and nice positions Wi-Fi, plasma tv, comfortable bed, refrigerator and nice bathroom.
Opposite is the Amman mall with a lot of small stores and big supermarket.

Good value for money. Stayed for 2 nights - comfortable bed, soft pillows, small but soundproof room. Good Wi-Fi everywhere. Convenient location. Reception staff is very helpful and ready to accommodate your requests. Good breakfast - fresh orange juice is a bonus! Recommend for stay.

Buffet a bit repetitive but excellent. Nb: if you are gluten free just let them know and they will bring you a special plate. 👍
