Amman International Hotel

This is a lovely hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is bright and well appointed. The room is quiet. Truly a pleasant experience. We are looking forward to our stay. This is a very pleasant contrast to some of the larger hotels we have stayed in recently.

Last minute booking and it was totally worth it. I was welcomed as if I was arriving my own home, the staff is kind and helpful and the rooms are clean and beautiful. I totally recommend it if you are visiting Amman.

It is quite and very nice to be able to do yore work for me I like this hotel. And never choose another hotel the people was very friendly.

From the moment you arrive staff are welcoming, friendly and personalise your experience. From porters to breakfast staff and reception the service is simply outstanding.

I arrived very late to the hotel yet reception were still able to book me a day trip to Petra with a great local driver early the next morning.

The breakfast is very large and caters for every taste. The service in the restaurant is impeccable with friendly staff showing me all the available options and bringing me beverages.

Rooms are clean, modern, air-conditioned and have all the amenities you could ever need. The public and swimming pool areas are also very tasteful and well kept.

Overall a fantastic experience, I can’t wait to return!

The best hotel in Amman, Jordan, without a doubt. It really deserves it's 5 stars rating, for the review as well. At great rates also, especially if you book in advance. Plenty of parking spaces, high security, everything screams high quality and good taste. The staff isn't an exception either: very good English language skills, kind, thoughtful and always smiling (not the fake smiles, but the "I really like working here" smiles). Especially Yara, the hotel manager, who guided us herself to our upgraded room (free, without asking 😁). Really clean, spacious rooms, with solid furniture, smart Samsung TV (!!!) and a spacious, squeaky clean bathroom. The hotel is also in a good neighborhood, with less traffic (trust me, it matters a lot, especially if you rent a car in Jordan). The breakfast was one of the best we ever had, with plenty of options - local and international cuisine, for all tastes. Make sure you try the local desert, a mush made out of toast, dry fruit, milk and honey - oven baked. I had seconds, and I never do 😅 The outdoor swimming pool and the gym are very nice as well. All in all, make sure you stay here if you are visiting Amman.

The staff are amazing. Najla is so attentive and fun to talk to. All the staff smile and make you feel comfortable. The breakfast was so good and with lots of choices.
Another member of staff really was amazing, but I can not remember his name. He moved my table into the sun so I was warmer.

It was a very clean hotel with a lovely personal touch. Unlike some of the bigger hotels. I would love to stay a lot longer !!

Amman International hotel staff went above and beyond in every aspect to ensure the best experience for the guests. The manager was in touch before the check in and after the checkout for any issues. They upgraded my room to suite a complimentary and offered all the assistance. I only stayed one night and didn’t try their spa or other facilities but I’m sure that would’ve been great too. Rye only thing to improve is the breakfast, the variety is good but not in comparison with other good hotels

We had a wedding party at the hotel pool terrace. Service is very good, open buffet was great with a wide variety of dishes, and the hotel has a nice bar.

Very deserving of the 5 star rating. Had a great experience here. Excellent shower which I found difficult to find in Amman. Good buffet breakfast. Nice bar that's not overpriced with great staff - ask for Najla. The spa is comfortable too. I was there during a storm and didn't want to leave the very nice hotel.

Great staff, great quiet location, and clean. It was a last minute reservation and gratefully it was a great experience for us. The manager upgraded our room once she knew we didn't like the view, she kept following up on a daily base just to give us the best stay, I highly recommend it!! The location is a A+, it's close to downtown yet in a quiet area not a busy one like other hotels.

Best hotel in Amman with best staff .

Was here for 3 nights. The staff are very friendly. We were on 5th Floor. Anne and Gee looked after us very well. At the Breakfast, Hassan went out of his way to serve us and prepared Jordanian Cuisine for us. Razan at the front made sure we got the right table and showed us the stations. Yara was there all the time in and out making sure the guests are well looked after
The hotel was very clean, the room spacious.

Location - bit on the outer side but the 2 main areas were 5 mins drive.
We had rented a car from the airport but had decided we will use taxi locally.
Used Uber and Kareem. It gives you option of booking yellow taxi via the app. Which was great as no need of haggling. The fare was coming between 1.30 - 3.50 JD
If I come back to Amman I will definitely stay here

the suite is Amazing! Two nice rooms with very classy style, with a pool view.
The wedding was indescribable! Everything went as planned , as well as food was breathtaking.. everyone liked it!
