Our tour group started our tour with an introduction dinner at Via Appia. Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. ( I had fish, my wife had chicken. ) The service was excellent.

I LOVED THE FOOD HERE!!!! This hotel offed the best buffet food I have had in over 20 years. Some of the items I had. One was a tomato and herb soup. Yes, you can taste basil but it had some others herbs in it too. You taste the freshness of the herbs and the tomato. You can tell it was made that day and it was not from a can. Second item was alfredo pasta. It was creamy. The right balance of mushrooms. Wide pasta. So the sauce stuck to the pasta. It was AWESOME!!!

Abbiamo cenato la sera di capodanno nel ristorante Appia del Kempinski hotel. Devo innanzitutto ringraziare il personale e lo chef Joseph per la squisita gentilezza e per il servizio impeccabile. Il cibo era squisito soprattutto l’angoscia beef cucinato in modo ineccepibile. Grazie per l’ottima accoglienza.
