Sandy Palace Hotel

We stayed 4 days at Sandy Palace Hotel. Extremely professional, and friendly staff. Amazing room service and breakfast is served until 10.30am . Specious car park at the back of the hotel to park our hired car. Regarding the location, cant think of any other better place in Amman.

Pretty nice hotel, maybe not very modern and quite old but the room was big. However, the carpet and sofa were stained and could be cleaned. The air conditioning worked fine and so did the fridge and there was no problem with hot water. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, the breakfast was delicious. Hotel also has free private parking.

The staff got out of their way to solve a booking issue we had. They even upgraded us and invited us for dinner in order to make things right. I really appreciated their professionalism and hospitality. Oussama abul majd was of great help by the way

The sandy palace staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Always checking in and making sure everything was great. Any problems i had they instantly tried to help

I enjoyed my time at Sandy Palace. Every single employee that I interacted with was fantastic from the restaurant front desk security everybody. When they say Hospitality they mean it. I would recommend this place I really did enjoy it.

Service was amazing and the hotel was honestly really beautiful for a cheap price! It’s amazing how EVERYTHING is around the hotel from a walking distance so i would definitely come back in the future.

Great hotel. Spent 3 nights there for a quick trip. Lovely staff and very helpful, specially the reception lady. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
