Toledo Hotel

Great hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and neat. A pleasant hotel to stay! thumbs up.

Maybe not the best location but the staff are friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. There is an indoor gym and pool which I didn't visit. Despite it not being "in the heart of things" you are only a short Uber ride away from most of the (rather few) touristy things to do in the city.

Stayed 3 nights in mid June as part of a tour for our archaeological team (in Israel)...very nice hotel, our room was very nice, AC worked well, the breakfasts were great (you could have an omelet made to order), selection was great, staff very helpful... would stay there again!!!

The lobby is on the 7th floor and the main entrance is in the back on the mountain. The hotel does not look at all as pictured from that side. It is a small friendly building of 3 floors. One goes down to their room and the parking is also on the lower floors. The ruins are nice and quiet. Using the front entrance at the ground floor and taking the elevator up is recommended over exiting and entering through the lobby and taking the not so nice streets and many stairs when going for a walk. The pool is never available for both males and females at the same time.

The gym area is a maximum of great happiness... Amazing experience

Great hotel in Amman with very reasonable prices and the big size rooms. Staff is very very helpful and accommodating. The only thing to improve is food. I had dinner from restaurant for room service but they forgot sauces and even after two reminders they brought a different sauce and the breakfast could be much better but overall 5/5

Good hotel lovely staff good food

In our trip to Jordan we spent one day in Amman, We chose the Toledo Hotel for its location and the availability of parking. The check-in was fast and friendly, we arrive at the room and it was huge, very nice bathroom comfortable beds, the pressure of the water in the shower relaxing, no noise; it was just great. Now next they in the morning it was time for breakfast, the welcoming at the restaurant was effective seated real quick and the explanation on how the buffet works. Time to speak about the food, the variety between local food and international was above expectations. Once we finish eating it was time to dedicate time to the city. We made our check-out which was also good, we left our car in the parking and we asked for additional time in the parking, the kindly granted it. Toledo Hotel was the way to start with the RIGHT foot our wonderful time in Jordan

As a single traveller arriving very late at night having lost my luggage. I was tired and was shown to my spotlessly clean room much to my satisfaction. Needed extra blankets no problem, staff very helpful, personable and professional would definitely stay again. Is easily located downtown 25 minute walk

Very pleasant hotel in a walking distance from Citadella or from the modern city center as well. The hotel reception is very helpful. The hotel restaurant works 24h , the food is amazing tasty. Breakfast is very good as well. Rooms are very clean

Between old and new Amman. Rooms were clean, and although it is very close to a mosque, did not hear a call to prayer.

Classic hotel , one of the old hotel in Amman.. the location is perfect and there's 2 entrance for the hotel , the main entrance from Jabl Alhussaien area and the second from Abdali area . Its close to downtown just 10 m by taxi

because the staff are friendly kind compassionate and very generous with their professionalism and love for their jobs

The executive suites are worth it because they have a view of the real Abdali Amman … it’s authentic charming with marvelousness and charisma

Lovely quiet hotel within walking distance to downtown and Rainbow Street away from the hustle an bustle

Food was great with huge servings and nothing was too much trouble .

Awesome place with a stunning hotel entrance - a perfect start for a stay in Amman! The hotel itself is very clean and quiet, you can walk to the city center in 20 - 25min.

Nice hotel for a reasonable price. Searved a nice hot and cold variety breakfast everyday with both American and local foods. Rooms were modern and clean. Easy to catch a cab out front. Don't think we ever waited for more than a minute ever for a cab.

Super cute and convenient hotel! The rooms were clean. The hotel staff was friendly. It deserves at least 4 stars. I woke up too late so I missed breakfast. Overall, I recommend it.

Awesome breakfast buffet. Highly recommend the pancakes with date syrup (looks like slightly thicker honey). Nice, big rooms. Wi-Fi works fine. Shower was huge (but no tub, at least not in our room). Helpful and friendly staff, and area not too touristy
