Mr Khalid who organised our trip did an amazing job, kept checking on us throughout the trip and always helped us when needed. We were assisted with Mr Adnan Moussa as our driver who was amazing at his job and just overall a wonderful person. He was wonderful to travel with providing us with information and a lot of must knows about each place . A very kind and lively person that definetly made our trip a beautiful experience. Trip500 staff have done a fantastic job with selection of places and hotels , thank to everyone for a wonderful vacation. Will definitely recommend as the service was wonderful. Hoping to be back soon. 😄

Our trip was very good, our driver Radwan is the best driver ever that we meet before, he is gentile and funny person, but I would like to suggest that in each tourism stop should be a tourism guide included or even travel with us, not until Petra because I felt kinda lost when we go to some places and didn't get any explanation of what happened here, also you need to improve your customer communication

I booked trip to Jordan-Jerusalem April 2023. The bus driver an tour guide, Shadi, were great hosts, but Me.Shadi did not speak or tell us anything about the places where he brought us, he just dropped us and came back after. Unlike the oher tour guides who were historitacally telling their guests the historical facts about the places.

Anothet thingvis that the Trip500 staff are not organized. They didnt give the manifestos of some of our fellow tourists and some of them were not picked up from the airport upon arrival. Also there were changes in the itinerary that we were not informed about. The hotels that they provided for us to stay were not good, rspecially the Le Menuer Hotel in Amman, the amenities were incomplete, and most of the toilets are leaking and water overflowing on the floor. All hotels' were old and has incomplete amenities.the food were also not good.
