The worst ever. In every possible way. No responses at all. You beg them to send you the results and still you wouldn’t get them. Employees extremely unprofessional.

.unbelievably rude .. I went to do an urgent tests the guy there faced us with an unpleasant attitude interrupting me while asking.. he said he's busy and doesn't know when he'll be free.. it might take 5 minutes or half hour.. the problem for me is the attitude.. absolutely needs a training in customer service 🙄
P.s. this was at Al_Amal hospital branch.

This is the second time I do a test through a doctor in the same building, and I do not get the results. You cannot even reach them directly because the system is linked to the system of Amal Clinics, even when they transfer me to them, no one answers!

First time the lady behind the desk was very rude and never apologized for not sending me the results later. The second time I had a bad purple and red bruise from taking blood. I wonder if there is an quality control or supervision, or even a proper system they follow. I’m still waiting for the results after five days, though they told me I will get it the same day. Also I am not able to reach them directly until this minute!!

Sorry but I was waiting had the waiting number but they let other people that came after me to do the test first does my time means nth ? And why to have a wait system if you are not willing to follow?

One of my worst medical experiences ever!
Very tough staff and unwelcoming.
Never will back again, and differently not recommended!
(there are many choices around as alternatives).

Worst medical experience,, they need to change there staff and provide a good supervision over them 👎👎👎

Delay in sending results

اسوء لاب فته بحياتي بعد فرعهم اللي بالسلط ،الموظف كانه موظف حكومه ومابده يشتغل والاجراء بده ١٠٠ سنه ليخلص غير انه مرات ما ببيبعثو التقرير غير لما ينطلب

بطيئين جداً جداً جداً، بتاخد دور وبتقعد تستنى وما حدا عارف وين وصل الدور.. كل مرة نفس التجربة عندهم يرجى من ادارة الميدلاب اعادة النظر بالفريق

روحت الساعه 8 وكانو فاتحين بس ما رضيت البنت الاي هناك تفحصلي pcr حكتلي روح على المختبرات الاي مقابل المستشفى روحت على المختبرات ولقيتها مسكره
