Super nice location on front of Roman Theater in down town and really friendly staff they provide you all information about to visit historical sites at the time of check in.Rooms clean and amazing view to the Roman Theater. Very good recommendations for to do in city. Breakfast was free and delicious.

Really really good place to stay! Economical, central, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, helpful staff/everyone is nice at reception! We stayed 1 night then returned to stay again for a further 2 nights. Would definitely stay again. (Don't be put off by the building facade because everything that matters is great)

I can't understand the negative reviews.
I traveled for a few days without seeping before I got here. As soon as I laid on that mattress i felt my entire body relax. The mattresses are some of the best I've ever slept on. Easily 5* hotel mattresses.

Water pressure in the showers Is excellent. The room is very homely and the lamps provide excellent ambience and mood setting for a chill out after a long day.

The furniture in the hotel rooms is of a very good design and standard. The sofas and chairs are also very comfortable.

Large Fridge in the rooms stocked with supplies (which are obviously not complimentary, but still very affordable for a city centre hotel).

The staff are amazing, welcoming, warm and friendly, and very keen to help. True Jordanian hospitality at its finest!.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was spacious and spotless and had a great view of the roman theater. The location could not be better as it's within walking distance of everything, downtown included. Very friendly and helpful staff as well!

Very comfortable hotel in the middle of downtown Amman. You could not be more central. The staff were the highlight of our stay however. Never have I met more friendly and accommodating staff of any hotel. Really made our trip special.

Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Also, the hotel is very clean and extremely central - across the street from the Roman Theatre and 2 minutes from the stairs leading to Amman Citadel.
