SeaGarden Beach Resort

For the price, I do not think a better vacation / honeymoon is possible. Let's start at the beginning... The customs and immigration employees were respectful and courteous. The cab company fair was $15 and a brought us directly to the hotel. We arrived at about 9:45pm where before we checked in, the bell hop told us if we were hungry the buffet was open until 10pm. Our six days in paradise were highlighted by amazing cuisine, breathtaking views, and delicious drinks made by Jerome, Linton, and Andre. Everyone was pleasant and eager to please. The beach had fun games during the day such as trivia and swimming contest for prizes. The rooms were modern - yet still have a classic European vibe.

By far the best trip we have been on. Everything was perfect about the resort. The staff, food, guests, activities, rooms, etc. The only downside was the construction going on the entire time we were there, but we were not informed by our travel agent of that happening, so I do not blame the resort at all. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Montego, I highly recommend Sea Garden! The resort has non motorized activities, but they also offer help finding activities for u to do, and they picked us up right at the resort boat port! We all felt safe on and off the resort. Everything about this trip was perfect!

My family and I had an amazing experience.
The place is a lot bigger than it seems & has TONS of activities. Make sure to check the map of the resort to get an idea of things.

I wish I knew this before getting there:
The resort offers an Italian restaurant(apart from the buffet), which has limited availability. DO TRY TO MAKE RESERVATIONS BEFORE YOU GET TO THE RESORT. It was fully booked during my entire stay.

The staff was super kind and welcoming, from the cleaning ladies, to the servers in the buffet area and don't even get me started on the staff at the beach, the game room and in the deli.
They were all super friendly, and I will definitely miss them.

The front desk can be managed a little better. For instance, I added an extended my stay here and was told to transfer into another room for that day. When I checked out of the first room and got to the front desk to let them know that I had checked out, I was informed that I didn't need to switch rooms at all. Finally, when I got to the new room, which was way past the check-in time, there were no towels and toiletries.
Other than that, I'm so grateful to the team here for working so hard EVERY SINGLE day to entertain their guests while maintaining the cleanliness in & around the resort.

I wasn't sure when we first booked. BUT after arriving we were made to feel so welcomed. What an amazing resort. The feel of home, staff are over the top, food is good, location is perfect. Thank you. We stayed from Feb 17-March 2 best holiday ever

We were here for our anniversary vacation and we found it a perfect value for our money resort. Rooms are spacious, naturally lit, clean and comfy. The staff were prompt and helpful. The ambiance through out the resort was fresh. Our all inclusive package included breakfast, lunch and dinner. The private beach was included. Definitely recommended.

While attending a staff retreat at Sea Gardens Resort, I felt the need for a snack and went to the Deli for a chicken wrap. There I was great by a friendly Ms Michelle, who prepared a very tasty and delicious wrap. Always smiling and ensuring that I was satisfied my order.
I really appreciated the way she takes the time to add the right ingredients and ensured the wrap was done to my satisfaction.

I went here for a quick getaway and I m absolutely pleased that I picked this resort. Everything was clean and the staff were very welcoming. We were 10 minutes away from the airport so we didnt have to get overpriced by transportation locals. The resort offered live entertainment every night and they had a nice disco bar to dance in. Staff also made sure we were supplied with fresh new towels and very courteous and attentive.
Also, they have a great little piano bar with a pianist playing for an hour who was superb. Overall it was a wonderful experience for us. I can't wait to go back !

Ignore those bad reviews - this is an excellent hotel with two beautiful beaches. Free use of snorkel equipment and kayaks. I have an upgraded room 1222. Plenty of space, cleaned every day., fresh towels etc. some staff might seem a bit down but talk to them and they are great. I had a look at breakfast and it was mainly very Jamaican but there was fresh omelettes, toast, yoghurt, fruit. Lunch and dinners have been excellent plus daytime patties, pizza, hot dogs and burgers.. plenty of sunbeds on the beach and around the pool. They have some great singers in the evening. My only moan is that after the live music finishes at 10 there is only an indoor disco - can I suggest you move the piano bar times away from 6 -8 to 10 - 12. The location next to the beach is great but it's a distance from local bars and restaurants - but I don't feel the need for them

this resort is great for the price. still has so much local charm. lots of different food and drink options and great entertainment at night. the staff was wonderful! i’m sad to be home.

To start off this is an older resort (& does show some ware) & does differ from the American owned properties. However, this does not detract from the beautifulness of the property. The staff of the resort were very attentive & responsive to our needs & requests. They made us feel welcome & made sure that we were well taken care of. The food at the property does show case a lot of Jamaican cuisine & does not focus strictly on American fare. The beach offers many amenities for both adults & children. The evening entertainment was amazing & both my wife & I greatly enjoyed. The bartenders were great & were always willing to showcase new drinks upon request. The property offers in house booking of tours that can take you different places. Do not let the location near the airport deter you from staying here. It was fantastic to watch the planes coming into land & you do not hear them at night.

This place was awesome. Shout out to Dwight, one of the managers for exceptional service. Shout out to Clayton who remembered us every time we walked into the dining room and gave us 5 star service. Make sure you visit Mr Grey the parrot, we miss him. We were there for 2 weeks and returned home on Jan 1st, 2024. Highly recommend this resort.. so many great things to say. To the young girl that cooks at the beach BBQ, you rock...she knows her stuff after 2 years of being there, always a smile on her face. To Andre the bartender at the beach bar, always a smile, laugh and a perfect drink! Cheers 🥂

This is a colonial resort that the owners have lovingly maintained. Many of the rooms date back to the original build so they are not perfect but they are charming. If you need a modern room, these are available and priced accordingly. We had a huge garden room with a good A/C, very clean and mostly quiet. Water pressure can vary a little but we showered earlier or later and had no real issues with hot water. The safes in several rooms are being upgraded so those without keys are being replaced. If you get one of these, no issue with getting a bank type security box in the central building. We simply locked our valuables in our suitcases and never had an issue.

The food was local with many spicy dishes that we loved. Good strong drinks, wonderful desserts and local talent each night. Beautiful grounds and beach view, if you love planes you will be entertained all afternoon. You will periodically hear take offs during the day but nothing after 11 pm . Service was good, especially when we flew in during a freak store that knocked out power a few times the first 2 days. Just be patient, these are the islands. Critical needs will be met and they try to accommodate your wants. Kind words and small tips go along way, if you want things done quickly, offer to help. Especially during a storm!

We love historical facilities that are locally owned. If you are a 5 star hotel person, do not stay here. Your unrealistic expectations will ruin the reputation and beauty of this resort.

really happy with the hotel, service and location. This place was lovely and very friendly staff. We did some great trips and relaxed on private beach. The food was really good , always a great choice, never starved

To be honest, this is my second trip there. And that's going to be my yearly vacation every year with my wife cause it's beautiful. I mean, it's amazing. The tropical fish that swim around you would have been scared. The staff members of beautiful the food is lovely. The rooms are clean constantly and the size that the beach is beautiful. This water rides. I mean get ski's Canoe in smoking in. I mean, everything you name it. They got it, but it's a beautiful place to go with a family. And this party's every night. That's about it. That's what I could tell you. A beautiful place in My Montego Bay Jamaica.

Great place for a short stay, not far from the airport, awesome beach area, folks were friendly, especially the Captain of the bellmen. Can't beat it for the cost! Only caution is that it's 2 hours from the 7 mile beach and Rick's Cafe. We took a day trip up, well worth it!

Firstly booking was A1 with Renee; very patient and helpful. my stay was well spent with all round customer service right through, the food is no less than perfect and well presented. Heartful of gratitude to Ricardo the bar attendant he is very attentive and has A lot of potential, jacina is top tier at customer service. Just big up the whole staff🚨🚨🫶

Had a really good experience here. I didn't stay for long but the service was really good and the staff was really nice. The food was not bad either. Whoever made that Manish water soup is a Godsend 🙏🏾🙏🏾 Was absolutely delicious 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I cannot rave enough about the staff. The customer service is commendable. Richie at the front desk made me feel like family. Orville your smile is what is definitely needed when you walk in. You are a breath of fresh air. Sandy I can't say enough about you. Trish you made me feel so at home. How can I forget my chef, Oral. Thank you all for all that you do. The place was great I had to come back again within a week. To many more visits with you guys. I gave the room 4 stars because they have an old and newer section and ofcourse I loved the modern rooms.

Great deal! Beautiful beach! Nice pool that is also kid-friendly. Excellent customer service. Property is beautiful and well kept. Even with the expansion going on there was no limitation to services offered.
