Sandals Royal Caribbean

My wife and I had a great honeymoon here at Sandals Royal Caribbean. The concierge at club Sandals catered to all of our needs when it came to hosting events, making reservations and answering our questions. The room was beautiful and clean and had the best views. The food at every restaurant was delicious and wait times were short. We loved venturing over to the Montego Bay resort since this resort is part of the 2 for 1 program with Royal Caribbean where you get access to both resorts! The memories made here will stick with us for the rest of our lives and we will cherish them!

My husband and I recently took a belated Honeymoon to this Sandals resort and every aspect was perfect. We stayed in a suite overlooking the pool, with a soaking tub. From the moment we got there, the staff was so incredibly friendly and made us feel like family. This service continued throughout our entire stay, and I truly felt as if I had made friends with the staff by the end of the trip. Our room was pristine every day, the shared pools / community spaces were very well kept. Food was great, and we absolutely loved the quick boat ride over to the Royal Thai restaurant (so we went there for TWO dinners). Entertainment was such a fun touch, and the resort has some truly talented entertainers. We did the Dunn’s River Falls excursion and it was so memorable. Highly recommend. Check out the neighboring Montego Bay resort as well - equally friendly service and beautiful beach/pool.

This was our first time staying at this location. It’s the smallest one we’ve been to, but what it lacks in size, it makes up for in AMAZING customer service and staff. We feel like we’ve made friends we’ll certainly remember when we come back in 2026. The food is always amazing and we love being close to the Montego Bay resort to shuttle back and forth for restaurants and entertainment. We can’t wait to see the new buildings they’re working on. The construction never bothered us.

From.the time we arrived at the resort we were continually amazed by how incredibly friendly all the staff were, as well as the resort guests. We didn't encounter a single employee who seemed dissatisfied with their job. The room was beautiful and any issue we had was immediately addressed and resolved. Happiness of their guests appeared to be their priority. The resort waa located just a quick 10 minute drive from the airport. All the food waa amazing and plenty of ethnic options. There were plenty of activities to do without having to leave the resort. The entertainment staff made every attempt to engage the guests in activities if they were interested. Security personnel were visible in multiple areas of the resort, as well as security cameras throughout, gates at front of the resort. We never felt unsafe. Gift/souvenir shops available on site as well. We can't wait to go back!

We spent our honeymoon at the Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay, Jamaica 11/6-11/10 and had an excellent time. We booked a beach walk-out honeymoon suite with a private butler and soaking tub. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious and located conveniently close to restaurants and the beach. We highly, highly recommend booking a private butler for your stay here as the butler was able to make reservations for us that otherwise were unavailable. He reserved spaces for us on the beach each day and booked our excursions for us. All around, having the private butler made our stay very easy and relaxing. We HIGHLY recommend Ian the butler. He was incredibly attentive and friendly- meeting all of our tiny requests and ensuring we had a nice time. The excursions were a fun way to spice up our trip. We enjoyed the powerboat and the bioluminescence lagoon. The food was incredible. We loved the Thai restaurant the best and had dinner here 2 of our nights! We highly recommend this sandals if you are looking for a nice, relaxing, care-free way to spend a vacation your significant other.

We had such a great experience here. The room was amazing and butlers took good care of us. We kept receiving some little surprises throughout our stay which were cherry on top. The only tricky thing about restaurants was that some nice ones that we wanted to try were only open at nights and we couldn’t experience all of them. Highly recommend this resort! We would definitely come back.

My wife and I took a last minute trip to Royal Caribbean for our first Caribbean trip a week ago. We can't stop thinking about the great time we had at the resort(s). The entire staff is super friendly, helpful, and have a great eye for detail. One staff member, as an example, doubled back when seeing a spec of scrambled egg on a lid and made sure to wipe it off. Not necessary at all, but just a great example of they care about the details. The room was fantastic (lux level with soaking tub). Was super clean and enjoyable to be in.

The resort itself was a lot of fun; quiet but the entertainment was good, and the beach was small but was able to get beach spots and the pools looked to be the same. Food was also great at both resorts (Montego Bay and RC).

Will definitely return to Sandals (already booked a next trip) and would definitely return/recommend Royal Caribbean!

My husband and I have come to Royal Caribbean for 7 years in a row. The staff, food and entertainment are top notch. The resort is kept immaculate by the hard working ground crew. It is small and intimate. Every year as we prepare to come, I worry the experience will not be as good as the year before. However, Royal Caribbean never disappoints!

We love the Royal! It’s our home away from home, and enjoy returning each year.
We stayed in the swim up room again this year and the only complaint about the room is the water fall outside our room “10101” is so loud it’s difficult to have a conversation.
We stayed the year prior in 10109 which is across from the hot tub and loved it. The water feature by the individual rooms is more tolerable. Especially for my “old” ears. 😆
We’re going to try and request a room further away from the water fall when we return next year. Hopefully they can accommodate us.
Also, if you tend to get ready earlier (4:00 ish) for the evening, you should request the room is cleaned early in the day.
We would love to see the Royal add a nice bar/lounge area to have drinks where you can be outside and watch the water, similar to the Montego Bay location. Hopefully this will be a part of all the new construction they’re doing.

The staff was friendly, We were made to feel like family. The food and entertainment were amazing! I can't wait to return. If you go look out for Lady J and Rowe they are both beautiful singers.

Absolutely amazing hotel. One heck of an experience. Definitely on the more expensive end, but the staff, service, quality, feel and experience more than make up for it. You very quickly start to feel like a part of the sandals family. Food options are amazing too. Quality could be a little better for the food. A lot of great amenities and activities to keep you occupied all day long too.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and split our stay between the overwater bungalow and beachfront suite. Our experience was just what we wanted - pure relaxation, great food options, and exceptional service. The bungalow came with a butler and Nicole was phenomenal - she made this trip as great as it was! I'm a travel agent and did my research before choosing a resort and my husband is already ready to go back! We loved being able to go between this resort and Montego Bay because their restaurants were great. 10/10 recommend!

Our 1st time at Sandals and it didn't disappoint! 1st, our ride from Airport to resort was great. The driver gave us great info about Montego Bay. Our greeting to Sandals resort was nice! There was no wait. The host immediately took us on a quick tour of what the resort had to offer. We were able to eat before getting to our room, which was ready earlier than anticipated. Our bags were already in our room when we got there.
Our next 3 days were GREAT! The staff was very accommodating at ALL TIMES! I only had 2 issues. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but we later found out you could ask for a pillow topper. My 2nd thing, we didn't like a couple of the restaurants, but they made up for it by having other food options that were GREAT! Like the Jamaican jerk chicken and the grill restaurant where you can order late! Overall, it's an awesome trip, and I already booked for next year!

First time at a Sandals Resort and it will not be our last. From the ease of the car service to the resort to sitting on the beach, the staff were there to help. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff was so friendly.

A Phenomenal Couples Trip
This resort is amazing! From the moment we arrived at the airport until the moment we left the Sandals Royal Caribbean, the people treated hubby and I like family. The service, accommodations, and food was wonderful. Sandal Royal Caribbean is a very relaxing resort. The staff will go out of their way to help you and get you whatever you need. Very clean and beautiful. Perfect couples getaway!
Our butlers Kadane and Jean Pierre(affectionately known as JP)both were truly wonderful and incredibly efficient. Both butlers ability to pay attention to detail is unrivaled.
We rebooked our next Sandals getaway with Rolando. He was so great in identifying our next vacation venture, we cannot wait to return. Thank You all.

When it comes to five star you can't beat a Sandals Resort. I was a little hesitant staying at such a corporate big boy thinking it would be too commercialized but it was anything but. Everything was top notch from service to food to atmosphere. Our butlers made this vacation an unforgettable trip, so much so that we went back for another stay at Sandals Negril!

My wife and I stayed here from 10/1-10/7, 2023, for our honeymoon. This was our first time at a Sandals Resort and first time to Jamaica. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we thought everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a swim-up club level room which was spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. Our concierge Jermaine graciously answered our numerous questions on our check in day and helped us book restaurant reservations, excursions, and a spa treatment at the Red Lane Spa on resort. We went to all nine restaurants on resort and thought all of it was really well made and tasty. All of the bartenders were prompt and friendly. The private island and the beach were wonderful.

Above all, the various staff members around the resort is what set this apart from other all-inclusive resorts - everyone said hello and asked how we were doing, all of the time! We will 100% be booking another stay at Sandals in the coming years.

Our first time to a Sandals resort and we had a great time. The resort was beautiful and clean and the staff was fantastic Food was excellent as well. Met many new friends during our stay and would definitely return!

We chose Sandals Royal Caribbean as a place to celebrate a birthday and our anniversary. We had never been to Jamaica so didn't know what to expect. I cannot say enough great things about this resort. The service was excellent. Food was great. Entertainment was good. We were very impressed. Also spend a day at Sandals Montego Bay which was super close. That resort was a bit more busy and happening which was fine for the day but we Royal Caribbean was more our speed. Thanks for an amazing trip. We will be back!
