They are the wholesaler of fabric. Purchasing from them would require that you purchase a minimum of 10 yards of any material. Separate from the fabric they sell they also stock a huge range of shirts for staff uniforms - again there is a minimum purchase requirement. They also have a wide range of household products on the upstairs. Customer service here is very good. Parking space is a bit limited but this has never been a problem for me.

They don’t sell single shirts, only 6 or more but you can get multiple colors and sizes of the same brand. Best option for reasonably priced good quality shirts for your company, group, or team.

So downstairs is quite crowded with merchandise but it's still a nice place to shop. Downstairs has lots of curtains, dress fabrics, threads, sheeting, sheets, tees and oxford shirts. You can buy retail for some items but you can also get items at wholesale price. I believe you have to buy 10 yards or more of the fabric sold downstairs and at least 6 tees/shirts.
Upstairs is my favourite place. There's a home centre, tastefully decorated to show an array of home products like rugs, vases and cushions. There's a section for upholstery fabric and trimmings. You may also get wonderfully patterned and plain shower curtain fabric. Best of all are the drapery fabrics including sheers. You can get fabric for indoors and outdoors, at mid-range and high-range prices.
For me, I could spend hours just walking between the rows of eye-catching fabrics. Here you get quality fabrics of differing textures and tones for just about any fabric project. I would say you're most likely to find something to suit your taste, whether you're bold or conservative or somewhere between. Check them out, but be warned, it's not a cheap place, but they are in line with fabric prices in foreign countries like America.

All types of clothes and household items are available at very good wholesale prices. Dress shirts, sport shirts, pants, sheet sets, curtains, drapes and many other items are in great supply but you have to purchase six or three of an item. Go see for yourself as soon as possible.

Absolutely a pleasure to shop here. The staff was helpful and quick to find the requests I made. Prices and stock of all colours for every item I needed was great.

My first shopping experience was fantastic!! Never knew how huge that place is. Wow! I was shopping for fabric to reupholster chairs and to make cushions. A supervisor actually helped me select the perfect combination of fabrics. Customer service is point. Make sure to go with time to spare. The choices are endless!!

I've never seen so much fabric in one place before. The staff assisted us well and worked well in all the organized chaos. They even have some really cute home decor and accessories.

When it comes to fabrics for your settee, drapery curtains materials of all kinds visit Lp Azar, they also do logo printings on hats shirts polo, etc. They will design your company logos if you don't give any, etc.

The warehouse is huge,! They have really great fabric for poloshirts. Large range of colors. I went there to window shop for some company shirts and I was not disappointed I went. They have beautiful curtains and sheets also that I will be returning for. There was alot of staff on the floor willing and ready to assist

I love this chaotic store. There is everything you could possibly need and helpful speedy staff. Best of all they've done away with black scandal bags and now give you a lovely reusable shopping bags to become more environmentally conscious.Big props for that alone.
