This experience with this store was phenomenal the communication and customer service was amazing the items they delivered was on time and the prices was very good the experience with this store was so convient I will definitely be using there service alot more often

I've been shopping with Store To Door for several months and I am very pleased with their service. I get a call if substitutions have to be made and I'm updated at each step from order to delivery. If the delivery team is delayed for any reason I get a call from Shawn apologising and advising of his new eta.

I did a last minute order at 10:30 pm and they delivered it by 05:30 pm the following day. Stephen one of the managers did give me his word that he would try to get it out by the following day and he surely did. I even had to do some last minute changes after I made the order and they granted my requests. The best part for me is they’re on what’s app. Thanks again 🙃.

I came across Store to door in June. This was a blessing. Excellent service, good looking food items especially their meats, always fresh. I also have them do my vegetables and seasoning, I still can’t belief they are this good. Great place to shop. Prompt delivery. My family and I is very please with Store to door. I live abroad and I'm able to still do the grocery shopping for my family on the island, thanks to this service. I was very impressed with how personable they were and easy to talk with over the phone. They are also very fast and efficient in filling the orders and getting it to my loved ones. Placed my order this morning and it was delivered today. Very pleased. Instructions on how to parcel my order was done as explained. Staff was very courteous . Why leave your house in this epidemic when you can go online and place your order from the comfort of your home and have your groceries delivered right to your door for a small fee. No standing or waiting in line. So convenient

I have been ordering from Store to Door for a few years before they even had a website. My family would call in the order back then. I have had a great experience and welcomed the convenience of being able to shope for my family while living abroad. Prices are reasonable and I am able to communicate with someone easily and conveniently through WhatsApp without incurring long distance charges. This service has proved to be priceless during the Covid-19 pandemic and especially with the curfew situation in Jamaica. Keep up the good work!!!

They are very responsive, prices are reasonable, even cheaper than some large supermarkets. I recommend to my friends here in the states so they can buy groceries for families in Jamaica. They also deliver the next day after your order is placed and even if your family member wants to change a few items, they will accommodate them.

Very efficient. Excellent service. Ordered for my love ones during the lockdown and they received the order the following day. Produce were nice and fresh, meats and fish were fresh. I would recommend to anyone who shops online. All in all excellent service?

I've been ordering from store to door for about 2 years now and have always been satisfied with their products, workers and delivery. I just wish they would expand and offer a wider selection of items.

My first time was a breeze, food items included meats was delivered on time has promised, meat was iced and still frozen on delivery!! Love this company will place order again soon.
