This is the first shipping company I ever used the customer service is excellent I've never had an issue with them always received my packages on time

I have to say I haven’t had not one bad experience since the small time I’ve being with them. I think a lot of times Ship me is faulted for the long delivery of Packages but in my case I know that it’s the shippers that cause the delay and if you check ship me tells you then ship Mondays and Thursdays. In saying that my Package has not being late on ship me end. Thank you😊

Long line but it moved quickly. Staff were efficient. Next time I will try the new pick up location at Blyss Family Pharmacy at 19 Kingslyn Avenue at the top of Red Hills Road across from Dunns Electrical. Heard you can pick up at a locker just like Amazon IN USA

Quick service. But forgot to send me an email that my package was there in January. Seems to get a little disorganized around holiday shipping but only occasionally.

The technology at this place is amazing.
I utilise the service just to go to their pick up lockers 😁😁.

The alert system is on point
- when your item reaches Doral
- when it's at the airport
- when it's at the location
- when it's ready for pickup
- even when you pick up it gives a notification that your package was just collected

I'm really impressed with the no contact service. It saves a lot of time which is key for me.

I found everyone extremely helpful and polite - from the security guard at the gate and the door to the agent at the desk. Extremely pleasant and helpful...and the service was fast in no time the package was located and in my hands. It was just nice. The external signage could be clearer, assuming there is a sign. I saw none.

They were very efficient and I had brought my son with me and when I saw the line I thought it was gonna take the entire day. However they ensured that the mothers with their children and pregnant women were treated as priority due to the pandemic.
