The experience was ok, the prices are reasonable, I could shop with comfort and I got value for my money.

Though Hi Lo items tend to on the high side, the shopping experience is good due to availability of items, wide selection, courteous staff and their GK Rewards program is extensive.

Best supermarket to shop whenever I want to buy my groceries and with the GK card I earn cash backs on my purchases, very nice.

Superb service...had an emergency, and all cash out linesw wete long. They facilitated my urgency by opening a new cashier just to accommodate me. I felt special indeed. 🥰 Special kudos to Mrs Carrol Madixx2....Thank You so much. You truly understand the term "customer delight." 💯

Good shopping environment , polite helpful staff good shopping retailed experience

Always a lovely spot for grocery shopping. Parking is usually readily available. The store has been refurbished some so the isles are a bit wider and the store looks a bit slicker. All in all very good additions. Just remember as with all upgrades it means changes so be patient getting to know the new store. Some things aren't where you are used to them being... happy shopping.

One of my favourite place to shop...the Supervisors are very helpful and caring and even the security guards are helpful ...some of the bag packers are very ill- mannered though. Counters don't get wiped as frequently as before but if you ask they do so willingly. Cashiers always ask for your loyalty card/ number. I also love the fact that once I have all my information I am able to redeem my GK Rewards right there with supervisor's help.

It was good. I never expected them to be closed however they were opened and I was attended by a lovely young lady and an attendant who was stacking oil. It was a good look in the store and the cashiers were friendly and efficiently quick. Well done

Just great to shop

Hilo supermarket crossroad branch is very spacious especially for the social distancing measures they have put in place. Their staff is very helpful, they are never to busy to lend a hand in finding an item. From the bag area to the supervisors are very in tune with the value of good customer service.

Prices are a bit high but average.

One of my favorite supermarkets. If I'm in that area then I will purchase my groceries here. They have sufficient parking space here which is very excellent in the cross roads area. The price is competitive here also and they provide a variety of things to choose from. Customer service is also quite good and they have an atm (NCB) inside the supermarket which is also quite convenient.

Not a big supermarket but efficient

Well stocked, disinfected shopping trolleys, helpful supermarket staff...and let's not forget Rewards Points earned at checkout, and Fresh Produce discounts on Thursdays! At Hi-Lo what's not to love!

I will always love shopping in hilo. The it is on the expensive side my justification is i am paying for the environment. They have the hard to get items and i like the hilo products.

A good variety of stuff, good choices, and friendly staff. We felt safe and respected as tourists.. We love the Red Stripe flavoured beers.
