The food was good but in busy times expect the line/queue to be long at least an hour wait as they operate a pay in advance purchase system. Food pretty quick once paid. Check your receipt to ensure you got everything you want and check again upon food collection.

I heard they take orders from the KFC App which will speed up the whole process.

They take cash and cards definitely debit!!

Who would have known Jamaicans love KFC lol. The food was good and hot and satisfying. They don’t have hot sauce though for the chicken. Where they do that? lol anyway. I don’t do KFC here in the USA. Haven’t been in years but I’d go here again if I was hungry 🤷🏾‍♀

Best KFC I had had amongst all locations. Sometimes crowded but the persons in the community likes their chicken well done it seems because this location somehow does their food just right!

Quick and efficient. There were literally 2 persons before me and I was in and out in maybe 9 minutes. I must say that I saw one of the finest piece of customer service in a while when a customer before me did not want part of an order and the attendant that had already shared the order was so quick and calm that she made the adjustment the customer wanted within seconds of hearing it. It was impressive to me and she made no fuss about it and just served as she was trained to do. I followed and she had my order ready and waiting and just needed to serve my drinks. I didn't get her name but she was working on Thursday at 5 55pm. Please commend her for her diligence and professionalism.

When I was living in Jamaica in the 80s some part of the 90s that was my favourite spot. My aunt use to take us there. I still remember the taste ofter over 25 years

It is a typical restaurant where you order and leave. There is no accommodation for seats or to lounge.

Best KFC ever. Even in the midst of a pandemic this branch still manages to be efficient with actively having patrons practice social distancing while still keeping their service level on point. Though a lil bit of a wait due to the fact that only 10 ppl could be allowed in the store at once, once inside I was able to get thru within 5 minutes of cashing my order. Oh and did o mention they got my order right?

Their KFC is somehow better

I got through real fast and the staff was excellent

Customer service poor but people love the taste so much that they keep on coming back

Foods great, wait time isn't long at all. Have a lil patience and it'll be worth the wait
