Delmare Restaurant

Delmare restaurant is one of the finest restaurants on the island. It's located at the Halfmoon Resort. Everything was perfect the service and atmosphere was first class. The food was incredible and the chef made each entree so tasty, the presentation was first class. A great assortment of wines, cocktails and spirits.
An absolute must if you are visiting Jamaica!!

Reservations were made to dine at Delmare. This restaurant sits on the sand with outside and inside dining. There is warm, ambient lighting on the outside and a little brighter lighting in the inside. Our table ordered a variety of items seafood was the main event. We had lobster, fish, oysters, shrimp, octopus and tofu. Each one was excellent and juicy.The service was excellent and it started as soon as we entered the property. The bellman and receptionist were courteous. The hostess, Ashley, was pleasant and accommodating. Lloye our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. The chef came over and did his pleasantries. We enjoyed the service and the food. Everything was excellent. If I could give more stars I certainly would. The prices are quoted in US$ but you have the option to pay in Ja currency.

Chef Claudio is a food artist. Amazing food, great service and ambience. One of the best restaurants in Montego Bay.

Food was amazing and definitely worth the price! Service and architecture was outstanding! And the food was soo good! I definitely recommend trying the lemon cheesecake!

Excellent food, set over a stunning landscape view. It truly is a can't miss spot not only in Half Moon Bay but in Jamaica in general. Chef Claudio is outstanding and clearly cares about his craft. He will come out to speak to visitors and discover what you enjoy and what you are passionate about, the servers we encountered were all amazing, attentive and truly knowledgeable. A truly remarkable experience!

WOw! excellent food and chef Claudio is a chef that REALLY, REALLY cares about his craft and pleasing his customers....even made a couple dishes for us that were not on the menu but after coming to speak with us realized we had some particular items that we wanted to try. Chef Claudio's food was GREAT. can't wait to go back and try some new dishes.

Absolutely an amazing experience to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Claudio is a fantastic chef who created delicious selections that we thoroughly enjoyed! Our server, Shauna-Kaye, was very pleasant and attentive throughout the evening. Finally, Alessandro was a joy to talk with. The entire staff made our celebration truly special.

Fantastic meals, especially the one on my last evening to celebrate my milestone birthday. Kudos to Claudio the chef dir making an amazing meal. Additional thanks to Alessandro and Cordel for making it a momentous occasion.

Our server, Crystal was AMAZING and the food was spectacular. We had the snapper and risotto, HIGHLY recommend!
