Seaside Bar and grille

I can't fault the restaurant, close to the beach and pool. Food is really nice, the staff are very attentive. It's our first visit, going there for the Italian evening tonight.

My favorite meal at the resort was here. Start with the lobster bisque, it's awesome - deliciously flavored, a little spice and not overly heavy. Entree was Red snapper which was very lightly breaded and perfectly cooked and came with a sauce similar to sweet and sour that was surprisingly nice and not too sweet. Veggies were very undercooked (and I prefer Al dente, so I mean nearly raw) but it didn't matter, the fish was so good. I also ordered the chocolate mousse cake. It was like a torte - dark chocolate and a tiny slice so you could enjoy a sweet bite after dinner. Friends ordered salmon and mahi mahi. Salmon was a big winner too, but those who ordered mahi mahi said the watermelon salsa was just too sweet and didn't pair well with the fish. We waited quite a while to get our entree but staff was very kind and hospitable.
