I give this business a complete zero rating. Now also called Luxs Car rentals on studio one boulevard .... My first time renting a vehicle and this company definitely made me regret the entire experience. I rented a car there months ago, there was no problem in me paying all fees where necessary and now 2 MONTHS later I have still yet to receive a deposit refund that should have been returned within "5 BUSINESS DAYS". Everytime I call, the receptionist is never knowledgeable of anything, and the workers give a complete run-around until they eventually stop answering their phones. The boss does not care about doing business properly and also completely neglects the business ' reputation. Neither are they professional in their services, no set standard policy, nothing ..... and their answers to many questions are often times very shady but I still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt which I ended up completely regretting to this very moment. Unless you wanna be taken for a fool, robbed of your funds and constantly be wasting your time chasing people who are hiding you out for it, I definitely do not recommend here to anyone.
