Hi-Lo Food Stores

One of my favorite place to shop for grocery needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are also very competitive. Only challenge I have at times is the limited parking available at the Pavillion Mall.

One of the few supermarket that opens on time and has great customer service, security, floor staff to managers, great service. Prices are good and comparable plus there is a wide variety of items as well as brands to choose from.

At the time I couldn't get my taco shells but the employee that assisted me was kind and she really helped me genuinely. So I recommend shopping there. Overall I got what I went for so there is that too.

Worst location ever...hardly anything in stock...find a different location...smh...very disappointed because I have been shopping here for years...

Was very helpful we went there with 3 kids aged 9, 2 and 4mths old and they opened a cashier space for us and I think that was very thoughtful and understanding. It's not easy travelling with kids and when you enter a business place and they are this willing to help I will give them the highest ratings. Plus prices weren't bad.

I appreciate that Hi-Lo provides jobs for persons with disabilities. No they are not just employed to clean floors or back a bag. These individuals are afforded the opportunity to move up the hiearchial ladder. I commend you for that. Senior citizens gets discounts here too .

This supermarket is located at the back entrance of Pavillion mall next to Scotiabank and Burger King. Next to JUTC transport centre, Taxies, and Jutta busses. Extremely busy area so be aware of your surroundings at all times. Security monitor mall and surrounding areas. Bag check available. Security guard check temperature, hands are sanitized, and 😷 mask must be worn at all times. Food is expensive here 🤑 Security guards inside store also patrolling 👀 very safe place to shop. Very nice one leg guy outside entrance of supermarket asking for donations 💸 to buy himself a prostectic leg. Come by and shop at Hi-Lo and support this young man.

Hilo supermarket is very theif 2pounds Irish and 1and a half pound of yam for 1400 dollars and change it's robbery with aggravation trust me they need to do better the richer shall be richer and the poorer shall be poorer
