Its a good store. Idk about what others think but they have some of the best gadgets and latest stuff. At this location my fav staff is the guy at the front desk, he's a very respectful guy to me great kid. He also knew much about the products I actually wanted very interactive person. I recently bought my Razer Blackshark v2 there and it's great BTW. My first advise to any one seeking to buy here!! Do your research and know exactly what you want like seriously. You'll be surprised how overpriced most of there products are.

A great store to get electronics and computer gadgets. The price for some things are on the expensive side but the quality of the products are always of a great quality. Customer service is very good. As one of the stores in Tropical Plaza customer will benefit from the ample parking that is available.

paid 10k for earbuds that was chipping in and out went back to store had to pay 2500 for transportation to return it ..told to wait a day to see if its still not working...went home and it stopped again.. a simple exchange would have been good cuz i was not gonna pay another 2500 to come to hwt again and waste my time and money...now i have to buy another pair online no more watts new for me...

Had a terrible experience years ago (17 years ago)..... Gave them time another terrible experience(4 years ago), went there today wasn't as bad as before (still below par). Overall they have the tech heavily overpriced. With prices they have you would think the service would be A1, but it is a C at best.
