My banking experience was pleasant and efficient.

This branch has similar waiting periods to other banks such as BNS and NCB. Environment and aesthetic seem safe and pleasant. Attitudes and services of the employees are good.

with all due respect, the security in the black jacket suit should be removed from the door. felt the worse way after how he treated me today.

Imagine only two tellers working. Bare in mind due to the covid situation if line inside and out side can move a little faster that would be great

So much sagicor branch and u can't even get them on the telephone very disappointing ,need better costumer service

This branch is the worst branch i have ever been to.I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager because i was doing a abm transaction and waited more than 2 hours to be assisted. Which the abm retracted my money and no one made the effort to assist and treat the matter. The security guard was most unplesant and unhelpful and advice that he does not represent the bank even though he is stationed to work here. Still no money and still no assistance.....the floor manager michelle is of no help or assistant and was rather very non-chalant. i dont recommend this bank not even to a dog. Marksman need better customer service trained individuals to represent their brand the reps they have today is very distasteful. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEFINITELY ABSENT!!!!

Sagicor is sooooo slow and sloppy. They don't even know what their doing they really need to do better especially when it comes to customer service

Horrible experience every single time. Live 5 mins away but would rather go to any other branch than this one.
