Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

Had a fantastic week in Jan24! The Vibe team at the resort did an amazing job interacting with the guests. The food was fantastic! One night we were walking to go to our dinner reservation at the steakhouse and we saw a Bbq going on just outside the buffet, the chef was giving out half lobster!!! The rooms are nice and clean and the grounds are well maintained. The beach sand was so white and soft on the feet.
Over all… we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this resort

The resort was absolutely fantastic. My family and I stayed on the adult only section of the resort and I can’t say how big of a difference it made. We had Tamika who served with a smile and never stopped checking in to make sure we were happy with everything. The aqua fit staff were a joy to the day with their daily activities. The food was fantastic with our favorite being the seafood restaurant Carado. My only knock would be that we didn’t have hot water for one night, but it was fixed by the next day.

Beautiful resort, disregard the negative comments, this resort has gone a full renovation. The grounds were immaculate, a perfect oasis the beach was very intimate, and private plenty of lawn chairs and shaded areas. Food was great, no need to make a reservations for the À la carte, lobby bar had the best service, especially Lisa always served with a smile and a great chat. The entertainment staff did their best to get people involved with the games and evening shows but the best was the sports bar hangout. We will definitely be back.

Went for my birthday and the staff made everything so special.
From the room which was decorated by Fabian and Liam for my birthday and they provided me with a birthday cake, champagne and local snacks. Each day, our beach cabana was decorated by Fabian, who was our butler. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was spectacular.
Special mention for Shawn, who ensured everything also went smoothly.
Sonya and Maria at the beach kept food and drinks coming.

Overall, the staff was great.
The hotel is beautiful.
The beach is serene.
It was the full package!

Went for my friend’s Bach party. We booked the bus from the airport through Nexus.
The rooms were very clean, each had a balcony and all essentials.
The employees were friendly and very accommodating.
The buffet is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner but there are also restaurants you can either make a reservation or walk in. Depends what you want.
Overall, I had an amazing experience and would def come back.

After booking and reading the reviews we were nervous about our stay but we were so unexpectedly surprised. Food, entertainment, room and service were all great! Shout out to Garfield (Score Lounge), Maxwell (Hideaway swimup bar), Raymond (food and beverage), and Tyrone (vibe team) who we had the pleasure of getting to know and helped make our stay more enjoyable

View from are amazing. Worth having a butler. KAMELA was over the top great. Made reservations. Filled fridge. Order pizza for cabana during lunch. And surprised us with this photo when we came back to room. What an amazing guy. Thank you.

Beautiful place. Very well maintained. Excellent food. Very polite and helpful staff from the front desk to people maintaining the grounds. Made my vacation and definitely going back. Need I say more?

I cannot say enough great things about Hideaway Royalton Blue Waters. We began our vacation at another resort, booked prior to Blue Waters opening, and had a terrible experience there. We moved to Hideaway for the remainder of our trip and that was the best decision we could have made! Here are some highlights:
1. The Diamond Club is worth the cost. Our butlers were Teon and Willard.. they were fantastic! Very attentive and made our trip amazing!
2. The beach is very nice, not rocky. Plenty of loungers and sunbeds available.
3. Pools were beautiful and well maintained. So many pool options to choose from. We also used the water slides and they were so much fun!
4. The drinks were delicious! Ask for a Jamaican Delight from any of the bars, it was our go-to!
5. Food was amazing! I have celiac disease and must eat gluten free. There were plenty of options and I was able to eat safe at every meal! Our favorites were Dorado and Hunters Steak House. Lunch at Grazie was delicious and I appreciated the gluten free pizza the chef made for me! Breakfast at Grazie and the buffet were great!
6. The grounds are well maintained and the rooms are nice. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are clean and have everything you need. I don’t spend much time in the room so that’s not overly important to me.
7. The staff were all friendly and customer service was top notch.

I highly recommend Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters. We cannot wait to come back!

The Royalton Blue Waters was everything. The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff was a 10/10. The food is delicious and the grounds are well maintained. It’s not too far from the airport either.

The beach is amazing, the water was very warm. I will definitely go back there again.

The Royalton Resort group is one of the finest resorts you can enjoy.

This particular location I have visited before and it just keeps getting better. If I had any improvement input it would be that when you upgrade - or any room for that matter - I don't feel you should have to ask for coffee, bottled water or towels/cloths.

The food options, whilst some flavours not for me, were exceptional.

The staff and resort remains a top choice for many, including myself and family.

Alberto was amazing and cared for all our needs. Shoutout to this shining star if looking to promote within. Room service was a bit slow and Butler service(diamond club) needed some improvements. Overall worth 5 stars and must visit. Butler ANTHONY was a waste of money. Did nothing for us and we paid thousands extra for the service.

Superb experience... every restaurant provided excellent service and quality food. Cocktails made to special orders and on demand. Servers greeted us throughout the day, asking if we needed anything.

This resort (Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters) just opened a couple months ago, yet an overwhelming majority of the reviews were before the resort even opened. How does that happen?!?! Should those reviews have been posted for Royalton Blue Waters and NOT Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters??? They are 2 different resorts.

It took almost 3 hours to get a replacement iron and ironing board
The AI AC didn't work consistently it is supposed to turn on when balcony door is shut.

I've been here two times and have always missed the turn off the highway, anyway its a wonderful hotel I've been here twice and going back in November so that's all that needs to say

As one other person mentioned it is alarming to see so many reviews for a resort that as of Sept 2023 has not even opened yet. I keep seeing reviews of the white sands resort which is not helpful at all in this situation. My rating is to offset comments previously made incorrectly to this resort. Please pay attention to which location you are giving reviews.

This all inclusive hotel has a well liked pedigree.
The buffet and restaurants are well done.
I found, however, a throttling back, to cater to a uniform customer taste.
Now the white-sands is showing its age, in a number of small things, that might be better maintained.
I trust management has the will to repair the many 'touch' surfaces that guests come into contact with that have worn out ( scratches on doors, cracked sinks, chips, dated small tvs, etc)

The people and staff are friendly plus! And they do a great job.

Beautiful white sand beaches!

Pristine pools, refreshing during the day, lit up for unbelievable ambiance in evenings. Wait staff on beach, pools, walkways offering drinks. Excellent dining with plenty of food for kids or picky eaters. Clean, fresh rooms, simple & elegant walkways... fantastic bacon destination!

Now listen… I don’t know about everybody else and their horrible experiences but I know I had an amazing time! From start to finish!! Royalton was everything I needed and more to celebrate my 27th birthday.

The room: very nice ocean view room. Yes, the room is small but you only need it to sleep right?? I did not experience running out of hot water like other guests have complained. Maybe because they were taking showers at high peak times? (Right before dinner). That was when I experienced it being luke warm but definitely understandable. We booked a birthday package and they decorated the room and provided a cake :)

Food: the food was amazing!!! I didn’t get to try the Zen restaurant but I loved everything else, especially the jerk hut. The workers are so nice and definitely deserved their tips. The drinks were amazing as well! I tried plenty of cocktails that got me right!

Entertainment: White Sands is definitely kid/family friendly! There were shows every night for both adults and children. I enjoyed them all. I missed the foam parties they had due to excursions but I’m sure they were fun too!

Check in/out: I’ve seen guests complain of wait times for check in but it literally took no more than 30 minutes for us. I arrived at the hotel around 4:30. Also, I went during Easter weekend and there weren’t a lot of people there. Yay me :)

I would definitely love to visit again. Thanks Royalton!!!
