Iberostar Grand Rose Hall

Booked this for my birthday and honestly, would come here for every single vacation I have!

Our butlers, Travis and Omar, were top notch. Every need, they were on it and delivered with excellence!! We felt like royal treatment the whole entire time. They truly made this whole trip a delight!! They were even kind of enough to decorate our room for my birthday!

The bartender at the pool bar, also named Travis, was tremendous and always made us have a good time!

Nikki Anne, our housekeeper, was fabulous. She kept our room so very clean and fresh!!

The view, the food, the staff… every thing!! 10/10 and would recommend to every single person.

Had the experience of a lifetime at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall! We had complications at check in (100% the fault of my credit card company and NOT Iberostar) and Basiene and Christal were incredibly patient and helpful.

Our butlers (Devon, Omar, and especially Travis) were a godsend helping with reservations and overall making the trip as smooth as possible.

The dining options, resort grounds, spa, beach area, and the entertainment spaces were clean and inviting. The pool area was particularly impressive with entertainment and service. Our room was spacious with an incredible view.

However, the most impressive part of our stay was the people working at the resort. It truly seemed that everyone loved their job, and that they are treated well. It was infectious.

Overall, one of the best resort experiences we have ever had, and we will be back!

We had a wonderful week long stay with 8 friends of many years. We were upgraded to Oceanfront rooms which came with the best surprise of all - Alain and Andre, our butlers! Both were friendly, personable and so very helpful. They checked on us frequently throughout the day, responded to requests immediately and made our stay perfect! These gentlemen are to be commended for their positive service forward approach to their guests.
The Grand Rose Hall was clean, inside and out. The food, particularly in the restaurants, was very good as was the bar service. All staff were friendly, cheerful and very accommodating.

This was our first time visiting Jamaica and staying at an Iberostar resort. The hotel and staff are wonderful. Almost everyone was incredibly friendly and personable. There are tons of amenities and fun things to do throughout the hotel all day long. We visited in January and the weather was sunny and 85 for at least 5 of our 7 days. The entertainment staff and bartenders were so much fun and very engaging. Our housekeeper Sharon was a burst of sunshine each time we saw her and remembered us by name. The rooms were kept very clean and well stocked. She even surprised us a few times with flowers and cute towel arrangements on our bed

This is a beautiful venue! I had such a wonderful stay here and already can’t wait to come back. The staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms were delightful, the bed were super comfortable too! It really was like being in paradise. We were well looked after!

My stay here was amazing, what really contributed to the wonderful experience was the two Butlers who took great care of me. Alain And Andre are great!, I was made aware of all events taking place at the resort , any dining reservations I needed were quickly arranged. The two came to check on me often making sure all was going well. I came with a group of friends who didn’t have the butler service Andre and Alain Didn’t hesitate to include them in the plans they made for me. Two great guys.
I also want to thank Daniel, he is a bartender at the Resort lobby bar. He was amazing. I will be back in June or July. Likely I will choose the same resort.

Overall, great resort and experience. The service and location were excellent and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is very good. Lots of options and flavour profiles are great. I also was appreciative of the two butler I had (Cassandra and Jaime) who were quick to respond to any question or need I had.

My only feedback is the rooms were a bit muggy and smelled of a bit of mildew but it’s very manageable. Highly recommend.

Coming to Jamaica on business trip and stayed at this hotel, both for the first time. It was such a wonderful experience, so much so that I would call this the best retreat I have ever had. As a person who has been in the hospitality industry for over 2 decades, I would say the experience I had with the Grand Rose Hall is one of the very best! The room I was given was magnificent!! Loved the balcony with a swing where I spent most of my time there watching the beautiful ocean and dozing off to the breeze & sound of wave. The staff were all very genuinely friendly and helpful. I couldn’t remember all the names, but I was staying on the 4/F (641x). All the house keeping staff were very cheerful which made me feel like another home from home. They were attentive throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. Had my breakfast at Cornwall 2 morning. Nickeisha the lady chef was superb friendly who would come to chat with myself, my colleagues and all other guests making sure we were okay. When she helped my colleague to a piece of toast, the presentation was so full of TLC! When I had a walk along the beach, I had the lovely gentleman - Dwayne, who helped me take pictures on the swing, and shared with me some “good-to-know about Jamaica” through his eyes which was very helpful to me as a first timer here.

By the time I am writing this, I have already got a bunch of family and friends who have started planning their holiday to Jamaica, particularly with Grand Rose Hall. Thank you, and thank you again for everything to everyone who works there!

I can not say enough great things about this resort! The hospitality was wonderful. Every single person who worked there was so welcoming, willing to help, and just overall amazing! They called you by your names, you were not treated as just a room number. The activities offered daily were a lot fun and they did a great job getting people to participate. The buffet offered so many great dishes and was the best buffet I’ve had at any resort. We had dinner there multiple nights and much rather the buffet than making reservations at the restaurants there. Jamaica we will be back and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Iberostar resort is by far our favorite! Clean, friendly service, great entertainment, great food! The Japanese steak house was amazing!! Jerk chicken on the beach was excellent as well! Zugu from the entertainment staff was our favorite! He made this trip even more fun and added a huge element to making this trip top notch! He was super friendly and always stopped to chat!

Overall a great place to stay. Service, food, and drink were wonderful. Butlers (Travis and Omar) took great care of us and checked in regularly. Couldn’t have asked more from them. Appreciated the staff that remembered our orders (Clive at the lobby bar) and all the pool staff. It’s the little things at a place like The Grand that make the difference between a good trip and a great one.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the ocean. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, with beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious rooms, and a variety of dining options that catered to all my cravings. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight of my stay was the beachfront location, which offered breathtaking sunsets and a serene atmosphere. Activities and entertainment were plentiful, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel’s operation was evident, making my stay at the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall a truly memorable one. I absolutely loved my time there and can’t wait to return for another splendid vacation.

Andre and Alain our butlers were really great. Not only great butlers but great friends for life. Food was amazing. Activities were great and entertaining. Shows we're wonderful. Got upgraded for our honeymoon at no extra cost. Great experience all around

Romell was great and went out of his way to assist and guide us throughout the resort. Lamar at the pool is wonderful.
The beach: We loved the beach. It was clean clear and a pretty blue. The service was great. The sand so soft! The bar was nice, bartenders attentive especially Travis. The great jerk chicken was offered and it so was good.

We had a great couples stay at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall. Our room, food, view, beach, pool and service were great. It’s a beautiful resort with great amenities. Thank you to our Butlers Travis and Omar for providing great service and taking excellent care of us! And to Marsha Lee for following up on our membership needs. The people here are so nice. We will be back!

Andre and Alain our butlers were really great to us during our stay here, we really appreciate them. When we came here we got a free room upgrade and got a butler, the hotel is great and the food was amazing. Andre check on us everyday and make sure our mini bar was stick, he also escort us to dinner. Andre is the best I'll be honest no doubt. Cheers to Andre and Alain!. We will be back!!!

What a wonderful trip! Our butlers Cassandra, Valentine, and Jaime were fantastic and met our every need. Our housekeeper, Sharon was very flexible to our sleep in schedule. All in all, a very relaxing trip. The restaurants were delicious with great service. High recommend!

What an amazing vacation! Absolutely loved this location. Bubbles and Peaches doing the games were our favourite part! They were so fun and made every day extra special. Food is great, hotel is always clean, the service is amazing. I have gluten allergies and they were very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Resort overall was very good and we plan to return in the future.
Butler service was not explained upon check in and we weren’t connected with a butler for almost two days. Bellman said the butler would come by soon after we arrived in our room. We waited an hour and the butler never came so we just decided to explore the resort.
Activities need to be better outlined on the app calendar as well so we know what is going on. If you don’t hang out by the pool bar every day, it’s hard to know what’s happening in the evenings.
Security and the entertainment crew needs to be more mindful of controlling sports happening on the beach. A nearby guest got pelted in the face with a ball as a staff/guest soccer match got more wild, and security let the game continue for another hour afterward.

Everything was great. Resort was beautiful. Disappointing you had to pay for some shows at an all- inclusive. The activities staff were so fun. Lots to do. Our butlers Cassandra, Christopher and Valentine took great care of us. Cardella keep our room clean and comfy. Wonderful staff.
