Lovely spot, well managed, close to many interesting spots and good eating locations. Easy to navigate from this location.

This review is for Mr. Smith the hotel security and Ms. Burke the front desk operator. I just want to give them a huge thank you for taking such good care of my grandparents. My family and I wholeheartedly appreciate everything you guys have done for them. I highly recommend Shirley Retreat Hotel as you will be treated like family with the upmost care. we are truly grateful for all your help and God bless you all.

Nice and affordable. 24 hour security and secure rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good AC, cable, and hot water.
Might I suggest adding a lamp. Our room only had a single bulb on the wall away from the beds so we had to get up to turn the lights on and off. Also no shade on the bulb so light is bright and obtrusive in your eyes.
Heads up, weekends get a bit noisy on the streets. Not the hotels fault or problem, I always travel with ear plugs and you are in a major capital city so street noise should be expected.
Staff is attentive, professional, and thoughtful.
Overall a great hotel and I would stay here again.

Stayed here for only a night and it was great, nice clean room, the two receptionists were so nice and even the guard at the gate was very friendly. The only downer was the limited cable channels but that doesn't take away from the great experience👍

The property is safe and clean. With AC optional, you can feel cool in your room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially, Mrs Burke and Sophie. I would recommend this hotel for its affordable price. Close to local shops and attractions, you should find the place convenient.

Went to a function held there. It was nice and quiet. The space was adequate and the service friendly.

Warm and cozy bed and breakfast, great customer service staff very pleasant rooms are okay. Breakfast is OK too. I would stay again for a bnb its worth the price.

A nice little bed and breakfast. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was polite and nice. I especially loved the paintings in the lobby.
